Not planning on another stay at this location.
Pros:

Clean and well staffed.

Cons:

Poor location in relationship to downtown. No vents in bathrooms, major turn off. Did not want to provide complementary breakfast even though it was stated as being provided in the booking agreement. Had to provide an additional $50.00 payment at check in, what was that about? If my payment had not been unrefundable I would have cancelled my reservation and found another location for my stay.

It was great all in all.
Pros:

Good breakfast, nice staff, excellent location.

Cons:

Bathroom had some hair on floor, in my towel and on toilet seat. Bar didn’t open till 5 PM🙃

Clean, neat, friendly staff. Located perfectly for our needs.
Pros:

The property was clean & neat. The gate going into the courtyard had been repaired since we were here last.. that was good to see. Staff is always friendly. Happy hour is a hit & the young man working happy hour is excellent. He is always friendly, courteous & does a great job.

I thought the employees were very nice

Cons:

The rooms felt dirty, the place was very plain and uninspired. The rap music blaring at full volume from the kitchen during my breakfast was obnoxious and jarring.
