La posizione comoda se uno deve andare alla stazione di Euston
La camera al piano -1 , il fatto che non si possano aprire bene le finestre, quindi in camera era molto caldo. Pulizia scuti. Un solo asciugamano per tre persone. Colazione niente di che.
Everything was very clean. The Manager was very helpful and kind. I was able to leave my baggage the day I checked out. Charge my phone. Bathroom was completely adequate with free products. Small fan in room. Small & quiet garden out the back where you can sit. Breakfast was tasty (full english) - it was good for the price. Book exchange.
The stairs with a heavy suitcase - 3 floors and in the heat. Could have better signage for the 2 sides of the building and for the room numbers on each floor. Single bed was very small.
Scaffolding outside the building came right up to my window. Did not feel safe leaving window open at night,
One of the serving staff at breakfast, she spoke badly, both to the clients and the other staff. The others were adorable, Young person that checked me in just said I was on the 3rd floor. Did not show me the room, did not say there was another side of the building for the rooms. I ended up dragging my suitcase up and down the stairs trying to find my room, which ended up being on the other side.... after a long day and in the heat, it was the last thing I needed at my age.
Really great hotel in a fabulous location. Its tucked away from the busy area so you have some peace and quite and yet it's close enough to restaurants, shops, buses, tubes etc. The staff were lovely and have great recommendations of what to do. The room is small, but laid out in a way that it doesn't feel too small. A fan is provided for the hot summer days. There's a stunning waterstones a few meters away. Breakfast was a typical English breakfast. They offer bag storage too which helped with touring once you have checked out or need to check in earlier.
Nothing. It gave me everything I needed for a weekend stay in London. The only thing missing is maybe having a small kettle in the room for tea and coffee. You can get some downstairs, but it would be a nice touch adding that to the rooms.
The location and very friendly staff. Old school interiors, which I found charming. Nice bonus to have breakfast included!
The room was pretty hot but the window was easy to open, and they provided a fan so I managed to get comfortable.
La ubicación...a pie a St. Pancras internacional. A picadillis Circus..incluso al Big Ben.

Spent just one night in London and the hotel was fab. Good location, well connected. Very friendly staff, very good and big breakfast, happy to accommodate requests. Would defo recommend
I have returned many many times over 30 years to the Ridgemount and it’s just like coming home every time. The Rees family and all the staff are just so warm and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. The location is central to many places and there are a number of different tube lines within easy walk. I have recommended the Ridgemount to family and friends. I will return again soon.

Location is great, easy to walk to different sightseeing spots. The staff is really helpful and very friendly! He helped us to get to Wembley stadium and gave a good tip for the way back. The room was small and unfortunately had no air-conditioning (only a fan) but very clean, especially the bathroom was spotless! Breakfast was included, but we didn't make use of it. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you!
Friendly staff, good breakfast & clean, basic but stylish single room. Traditional, “old fashioned” hospitality near to several tube, bus & rail links.
Ótimo atendimento, especialmente das funcionárias do café da manhã. O hotel é extremamente bem localizado. Se tiver disposição para andar até 30 minutos, dá para ir para todos os principais pontos turísticos de Londres. Ainda fica perto de três estações de metrô e de uma estação de trem. Tem tudo perto: fast food, mercado e lojas. O banheiro do quarto quíntuplo que pegamos é espaçoso. Tem uma máquina na recepção para os hóspedes consumirem bebidas quentes gratuitamente.
O café não tem nenhuma opção de fruta ou bolo, o que faz diferença para brasileiros. O quarto não tem local para colocar as malas, que tiveram de ficar espalhadas no chão. Só tem ventilador no quarto.

Excelente localização, fica na mesma rua do British Museum e do metrô. Caminhada de 30 minutos até a Trafalgar Square
