Pros:

部屋が少し広く荷物の置き場所に困らないのが良い。カ−テンを開ければ明るくなるのも良い。

トイレ、ユニットバスから出ると段差がある事。
チェックインじモニターに個人情報を入力するのに時間がかかるので手書きのチェックインシ−トもあった方が良いと思います。

満足でした。
Pros:

思っていたより部屋が広く、くつろげる椅子や鏡周りの備品など充実していて良かった。この値段でこのクオリティーは満足でした。

Cons:

朝食の時小さな虫がたくさん飛んでいて残念だった。小蝿なのかなと思った。バイキングで食べ物の周りに飛んでいたので、改善した方が良いと思った。

朝食の味は素晴らしいですが、設備やサービス案内の細やかさに改善を期待したいホテルです。
Pros:

仙台駅からバスで15分ほどと少し離れた古い建物ですが、バス停が近くアクセスは良好でした。お部屋はコンパクトながらアメニティも概ね揃っており、何より朝食の味がとても美味しかったのが印象的です。

Cons:

髪を洗いたくない時に必要なシャワーキャップの備え付けがなかった。また、フロントへ連絡するための電話もお部屋になかったのが不便でした。更に、チェックイン時に事前の案内になかった税金900円を請求された点やは少し疑問に思ったです。
