Had so many bugs my room had to be sprayed which left us outside for several hours. No free shuttle to or from the airport and was charged for each passenger. Room had light bulbs out they never replaced all of them and had a terrible sweater smell. Then the noise was so bad my walls were literally vibrating like I was at a concert
Tried for refund or discount and would not cooperate at all. Will never go back and recommend the same for you. Don’t go!

Our room was full of mosquitoes.

Beautiful hotel easy access

It's 20 ride from the airport and they offer shuttle to airport every 2 hrs from the hotel.

However, the property is very old which could use some renovation and also the cleanliness can be better. Would have paid a little more to stay ibis or Swissbel with that pricing.

Avoid this hotel not a good location for Transit hotel, filthy dirty.

Decent stay for those passing through Jakarta on a short layover. We had been flying / transiting through airports for 28 hours, and with another 10 hours between flights, we wanted some proper rest on an actual bed. We pretty much passed out after we each had a shower (which had hot water) and were able to get a bit of sleep before our next flight.

What i didn't like was that our air conditioning wasn't working well, and the next morning we supposed to check out at 11 am but my mother inlaw got a phone call from the front office while we were all sleeping around 7:30 am saying that we had to check out by 8 am i was very upset so we did that check out and i told them that we supposed to check out by 11 not 8 but they tried to oppaulagize to me but i said its to late were are already up and our car was loaded, plus it says free breakfast for 4 so i assume senses i had reserve 2 rooms and had 8 people including kids under 7 i had to pay for 4 people and 4 eat free i was more upset..

Ok for a one nighter as its close to the airport but its location is not in a very disirable area.

The website said the hotel would have free wifi and breakfast but this was not the case.

The accomodation is very convenient to the airport with Free shutter bus service which was great. It’s perfect for (1) night lot of mosquitoes & noise .

We needed a hotel close to the airport as we were flying out the next day. This was perfect. The room was very adequate and the bed comfortably. It was quiet which was also important. Staff was excellent and helped me with arranging my flight for the next day. We walked around the local area. Nothing fancy, typically local, but everyone was friendly.

The location is about 10 to 15 minutes from the airport, which was great for what i needed. There should be better information on how to schedule the airport shuttle that they provide.

Hotel quite inside though near from airport with taxi but nothing around lot of shops but when I went out for a stroll not comfortable thought shady looking people also rooms have bed bugs or mosquitos could not sleep well after paying to stay in hotel even though they have mosquito killing machine no use it doesn’t work on mosquitos be ready for mosquito bites if you have sweet blood

The staff were extremely helpful and kind but 50% of the hotel is being
renovated and the morning noise began EARLY! In the very next room to ours, the workmen were using large drills to break up the concrete walls.

The hotel itself is located near the airport but the road going there makes it hard to find if you’re not going to avail of the airport transfers. The breakfast is soooooooo bad. I woke up at 8am and the fried rice is the only food left in there. I asked the reception staff if they could refill other food but unfortunately it’s not gonna happen. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place to sleep you may want to consider this. Pro tip:Install WhatsApp if you want to avail of the transfers. You may contact the driver using this app.

I booked this hotel because of its location and price. It was good for a long transit/one night stay. Would not recommend for much longer. I requested the airport shuttle pick up and it took them a while to find me- over half an hour, but I was grateful for the free pick up service. It took about half an hour to the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was also a good size and it was pretty clean. The bedsheets and towels had stains but they seemed fresh because the smelled cleanly washed. The shower was disappointing though. Low water pressure and the hot water only lasted 10 minutes. The bed was pretty comfortable. Couldn't sleep though because there were so many mosquitos. It would be nice if the hotel rooms had insect spray. Complimentary breakfast the next morning was good and the free drop-off got there quicker than I expected (~20mins) so I was very early for my flight. Overall, a good stay considering the price. Would recomment for long transits with early flights the next day.

It was all about convenience for the hotel, not the guest. I was told the shuttle would meet us at the airport, which did not happen. The breakfast was limited, and the return shuttle on a fixed (inconvenient) timetable even though there were no other passengers. While physically close to the airport, traffic patterns made the trip as long as it would have been had we chosen a place further away
