Pros:

The staff is just amazing, they are kind supportive and accomodating.

Cons:

The place is great and the santo is just perfect. Also the restaurant is amazing to eat

2 Tage Fuji bei Sonnenschein
Pros:

Ideal gelegen um schon vom Parkplats den Berg der Berge zu sehen. Man erreicht ohne Mühe Seen und Photospots. Der Onsen entspannt dann nach einrm solchen Tag hervorragen. Die Nutzung ist unkompliziert.

Cons:

Die Fenster dämmen schlecht gegrn Geräusche und Temperatur.

Pros:

Quand nous sommes arrivés, notre chambre sentait très fort la cigarette, nous l'avons notifié à la réception, et sans même vérifier, ils nous ont changé de chambre et même upgraded. Tous le nécessaire était disponible et propre

Cons:

Un peu loin des centres d'intérêt (excepté le parc d'attraction) et pas bcp moyens de transports, nous avons donc bcp marché

Pleasant stay near fabulous Mount Fuji
Pros:

Great location, with great views of Mount Fuji, I didn't realise hotel was so close. We did have a car which did make things really easy to get around, not sure how we would have got on relying on public transport. Hotel has nice garden at entrance. I really liked the Onsen, set in natural stone which was really nice. There is a small room off the foyer which has a drinks machine, microwave, and cold water dispenser, along with an ice machine. There is also a large massage chair, which is amazing,
so would recommend having a go on that. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small, and if you have a lot of luggage you will struggle, as there are only some hangers on the wall. Just careful of quite large step up into bathroom. The hotel is quite tired and does need a refurb. The carpets in the hall ways are dirty and have big stains. There are areas including the rooms where wall paper is peeling off.

Very pleasant experience, we were so happy to be given a view of Mt. Fuji
Pros:

We had a nice view of Fuji from our room, the onsen was superb, we thoroughly enjoyed the massage chair
