幸せ！最高！また利用したい！
Pros:

急なチェックインの時間変更にも、対応してくれて
自由に外出できるので、近くのコインランドリー使用や食事も好きな場所に時間気にしなくてよかった。

Pros:

Het hotel is niet nieuw maar dat valt niet heel erg op in de kamers. Lobby en trappen zijn een beetje toe aan een upgrade maar prima hotel. Personeel heel vriendelijk met kaarten in alle talen om alles duidelijk te maken. Mooie tuin eromheen en een goed koreaans restaurant aan het hotel vast. Vanuit de kamer uitzicht op Mt Fuji. Wat een traktatie was dat!
Wij hadden een auto dus ik weet niet precies of het makkelijk te bereiken is met bus/ trein. Grote supermarkt vlakbij. Hotel ligt vlakbij de grote attracties rond Mt Fuji die wij hebben bezocht in de buurt.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good location to get into fujiyoshida, bus/train nearby to get around the five lakes area. Great onsen that was often quiet.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit tired but not unlcean, just could do with an update

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est correct. On a une vue partiel sur le Mont fuji. Le personnel est sympathique même s'il ne parle pas anglais. Le jardin devant l'hôtel est très joli. Nous n'avons pas testé le Onsen et le resto

Cons:

la chambre n'était pas super propre. les murs sont sales. Des prestations loin des attentes pour un 4 étoiles. Peu de prises, pas de prise USB dans la chambre ou d'adaptateur, Pas d'eau mis a disposition comme dans les autres hotel fait précédemment. La chambre a été faite mais pas le lit. Chambre très petite ou on ne peut pas se croiser a 2.
Bref un peu déçu. L'hôtel est correct mais ce n'est pas ce que j'attendais.

Charmant et confortable hotel
Pros:
