Pros:

Really nice hotel, great location just in the middle of 2 stations with plenty of convenient stores around. The staff were really pleasant.

Cons:

The lifts! It was hard work waiting for the lifts sometimes.

It was very convenient to access to everywhere I needed to go in Tokyo.
Pros:

I liked that I can see the information of the day of cleaning and checking out on the TV.
I also liked the Italian restaurant under the hotel. It was amazing.

Cons:

The room was too small and no closet. There was not enough space to set my suitcase.
