しっかりしたチェックを！
Cons:

1900￥の朝食は内容からみれば高すぎ。
「窓の金具が壊れており、開けると閉まらなくなる恐れがあるので開けないでください」とフロントのスタッフさんから言われた。しかし実際には既に数センチほど開いていたのだが、きちんとカーテンが閉められていることで気づけなかった。その為車の騒音で寝つけず、朝は肌寒かった。朝カーテンを開けて初めて原因が解った

女性フロントスタッフの岸さんはアプリ操作で四苦八苦しているオバサン達に対して、終始笑顔で優しく対応してくださいました。ありがとう感謝です

Cons:

部屋に入ったら、お線香の匂いがしたのでフロントに電話をすると男性スタッフが「部屋の消臭剤です」と!!友人の部屋に行ったのですがお線香の匂いはしなかったので直接フロントに行き部屋を交換してもらいましたが、もう少し丁寧な対応があってもよいのでは???女性と男性スタッフの対応の違いに驚きました
