This Place is very close to Waterfront and most of the restaurants . Very Close to Knysna head
Pros:

Staff in Russel hotel is very polite and friendly , Always ready to Help .
I really thank to Manager Busi for helping me out with nice family room . Very good Breakfast ( Veg and Non-Veg options) .

Over all good experience.
Pros:

Stay was good.
room was neat and clean. Location was also good.

Cons:

Serving staff not very warm welcoming and customer friendly in serving food . They declined the request to serve an additional toast for my kids.
Then we need to call the supervisor .

Pros:

Value for money with breakfast included. Breakfast was delicious with options. Family room was nice and comfortable. Close to Knysna main road and waterfront.

Safe parking and breakfast.

Cons:

We were 4 in the room, yet only one mug and one cup was supplied.
I would think the cutlery matches but it was not the case, and that cheapens the experience.
Water pressure not so good but I think that may be n Knysna issue.
