Pros:

Rooms are clean and spacious and has everything you need

Cons:

Whilst breakfast was included in the price the food was poor and the milk had gone off. Not the quiets at nighttime with lots of noises from outside. You get what you pay for.

the receptionist was very friendly

Cons:

It seems the only staff that was available was the receptionist who was handling everything, there was no one to take the bags to the room and even when checking out, facilities were very basic

Pros:

It was up 3 flights of stairs and there was no lift and I was expected to get my 84 year old mother and our suitcase up these.

Cons:

Full disclosure that it was upstairs and no lift. We went out for dinner and by the time we came back our parking spot was filled and there wasn't other parking close by.
