We enjoyed the experience being the second stay. The staff were great. Not sure if there is a discount for pentioners. All in all a great stay.

Only stayed for one night. Our stay was okay.
Pros:

The room and the linen were clean. We got inside parking near our room.

Cons:

The beds were not as comfortable and the WIFI kept dropping.

Very friendly staff, clean, neat and safe! Breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

Wifi 🛜 was connecting but it was horribly slow. We were excited to lie in bed and watch a movie, but the internet was too slow and the movie we wanted to stream was buffering so much that we had to switch off the tv. We also had to go into town to watch the Springboks play as we couldn’t watch it in our room or at the hotel.

My car got damaged when I drove over the ladder in front of it whilst they were painting.
Pros:

The resptionist was most helpful

Cons:

My spouse came along at the last minute,
I did not mind been charged extra for her, but it was much more rhatn it would has cost from Booking.com.

Being charged more but no extra towel. The electrics were faulty.

Cons:

Very weak internet. Although we asked two times to change something, the answer was the same: the staff was about to notify the manager who would reach out to us which never happened. We ended up to use our own mobile internet to stream and to work.
The mattress in the double bed was much larger then the base.
