Pros:

Great location. The room was quite large and very clean. The toilet and shower were very clean. The breakfast was a bit different everyday with fresh Turkish pastries made on site and various creams/spreads. The personal was very friendly and there was a very nice terraza outside the breakfast room where one could sit and enjoy the afternoon sun.

Cons:

When we arrived the sofa bed where our son was going to sleep was not set and we had to do it ourselves. But besides that everything was great.

Pros:

Very beautiful experience in a breathtaking location. Seaside, new port, public transportation, famous Galata Tower, Taksim Square, everything is in walking distance. Room is huge and clean. Staff are so attentive and polite. The internet speed was also amazing.

The room are comfortable

Cons:

The cleanliness need to improve. Some of the staff in the information need to evaluate because they need to treat their guest properly because it’s very important, it’s the hotel image. The room are good, places around the area is really beautiful but I will not recommend because the way the staff behaves I don’t want my friends to experience the same. Thank you!

A solid 3-Star experience
Pros:

The hotel is located centrally. Walking 12 minutes to Istiklal (uphill), 5 minutes to the bus stop/tram stop (downhill), 15 minutes to Galataport (downhill). Good restaurants are around a 10 minute walk away. It has a big elevator. The suites are very spacious for Taksim standards. Very clean too.

Conduction stove, central AC, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, heated drying rack - all the appliances worked great. Television has at least 300 channels but mostly all Turkish.

The hotel itself doesn't have a kitchen but it does offer a room service option (limited menu). If you really try hard you can see the tip of the Galata Tower from a few windows.

It's not a 5-star hotel by any stretch, it's a really good 3-star hotel. Worth the price for sure. Will definitely recommend :)

Cons:

Nothing not to like in the hotel itself. You don't have a view at all. The roads around are really steep. There is no place for you uber/taxi to park for you to load and unload your luggage so you have to be very quick about it.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, от трамвайной остановки недолго подниматься в гору, в одной остановке порт. В номере чисто, не пахнет ничем, каждый день нам мыли посуду, меняли полотенца, заправляли кровать. Кровать достаточно удобная, сотрудники приветливые. Интернет в номере работал, после выселения оставили чемоданы на сохранение.

Cons:

Нас поселили в номер на 1 этаже, окна выходят на дорогу, первую ночь от шума дороги не могла уснуть (
Завтраки не шведский стол, к нашему приходу на столе стоял завтрак именно для нас, каждый день одно и тоже, ни разу не было фруктов и ничего сладкого, кроме мёда и варенья. Вечером к нам пришли друзья парень с Девушкой, они жили недалеко в другом отеле, пришёл сотрудник отеля и попросил их уйти, забрал паспорта, сказал у них запрещены гости. В период нашего проживания, на террасе мебель была убрана. В номере темно, даже днём хочется включить свет. При входе в номер некуда повесить вещи, нет крючков/вешалки , нет морозилки в холодильнике, нет стиральной машины.

Pros:

Fabulous experience in the best spot of Istanbul. Hotel's location can't be beaten and it was dope. Everywhere is lovely, charming and surrounded by beautiful places to eat, drink and visit. Room is huge and comfortable. They use technology and mix it with comfort. Staff are polite and helpful.

Pros:

They helped us directly after we completed our reservation here and reached us out if we need anything before our arrival which was kind of them. We were welcomed warmly and placed into our room after a quick check in moment. Room was very useful and clean, we had everything we could have in a hotel room. Above everything, view from terrace and location were the best parts of it.

Wonderful hotel in the most attractive area of the city. Many lovely bars and restaurants near the seaside which is very close to hotel, just 2-3 minutes of walking. Staff are attentive and kind. Breakfast they served was tasty and fresh.

Pros:

It is very close to Galata Tower, seaside and Taksim area. Down side of the hotel is newly built port. There are many pubs, cafe shops and restaurants near seaside. Upside is famous Taksim Square. There is tram line in 2 mins walking distance to the hotel. Our room is huge, clean and technologically well designed. We enjoyed the local breakfast.
