You get what you pay for!!
Pros:

Last minute booking, very cheap!

Cons:

We had an accessible room.
No plug in wash basin, difficult to wash and shave.
Wet room floor gets absolutely soaked even with the shower curtain. Couldn’t then use toilet without getting wet feet!
Had to get on hands and knees to dry with a towel.

Good location would definitely recommend right next to race course we will definitely look into stay

Very nice breakfast it was made to order so it was nice and fresh good service

Staff when we first arrived was very nice polite then next morning the lady on reception when we came down to breakfast felt was a little rude never made eye contact never said morning I had to speak to her first before she lifted her head up to say morning then when we checked out it was just a small smile and good by

Pros:

Staff friendly, easy check in , easy parking, location for event at racecourse.

Cons:

The room floors were very creaky, in toilet and bedroom, im sure it irritated those below as we we were impacted by those above. No temperature control in shower so hot or hot. No bedside cabinets .

Pros:

Staff super friendly and helpful. Location fantastic for the racecourse. Bed was comfy. Easy to park and convenient to walk to the town centre.

Cons:

Room was dusty. Hanging space for clothes is limited to about 6 hangers on a rail and nowhere to put other clothes. It's fine for a couple of days. Rooms are on the pricey side but the location for our needs compensated for this.

Miserable breakfast staff but a great night's sleep
Pros:

Room was clean and modern, bed was very comfortable and the shower was great

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly

Cons:

Breakfast staff were miserable. Like very unfriendly (with the exception of one lady)

The food was also very poor in the evening- quality was awful 😖

Staff in the morning all lounging about at reception on their phones like they didnt want to be there and were difficult to talk to
