Geniales Konzept
Pros:

Modernes Ambiente,parken gegenüber des Hotels gut und sehr günstig für Zürich möglich, sehr familiär geführt und top Personal im Top Restaurant welches sich im gleichen Gebäude befindet.

Not fully satisfied with my experience
Cons:

The location is far from the center.
I don't like self service, when I wanted to check out, there was noone at the restaurant stuff because it was closed (it was 10am).
There was work construction in the morning which woke me up at 8am.
The room wasn't the one I chose.
The door of my room was in front of the restaurant.

5 star stay!!!
Pros:

We were extremely happy with our stay, couldn’t fault it. Very clean and they accommodated our requests of early check ins/luggage storage etc which was so lovely, despite being self checkin, we were able to contact the lovely staff very efficiently.
Very convenient location to the train. Only disappointment was that we didn’t try the restaurant- will make sure to do this next time when we return!! Thanks for everything once again,

Service Johanna Top - Zimmer flop

Danke für die Möglichkeit des Early Checkin. Johanna war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich schnell um meine Anliegen gekümmert. Der Service von Johanna war top.

Cons:

Das Zimmer naja...Abnutzungserscheinungen...Kopfteil Bett sollte man austauschen, kaputter Teppich, Sauberkeit ungenügend. Mitten in der Nacht ein lauter Knall - Im Badezimmer ist das indirekte Licht herunter gefallen. Vermutlich hat sich der Kleber gelöst. Wurde nicht geflickt bis zur Abreise, schade.
