Excellent service means
👍
Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from freedom Square, good location. We got the suite which comes with a nice balcony and view, but the room size was average and the bathroom was small (although clean and modern).
No room service in the evening unfortunately.
This was my 2nd time back here. This hotel is a beacon of shining light for cleanliness. They change your linen everyday! Their staff is warm and friendly!
They have a great breakfast spread! The restaurant staff - Teona & Ruska deserve special mention! My husband and i would learn to speak/write in Georgian while eating breakfast and Teona and Ruska helped us understand the language. We had a lot of fun! They also gave us great recommendations to visit other cities in Georgia that most tourists dont really go to.
Their location is absolutely perfect! Its not in the touristy area and yet its barely a 15 min walk to most of the tourist hotspots in the city. Its 2 mins to Rustaveli Street, 4 mins to Liberty Square, 4 mins to Liberty Square Metro Station, 7 mins (uphill) to The Mtatsminda Funicular, 20 mins to Europe Square and the Sulfur baths. All roads from this hotel are beautiful, quiet and scenic to walk on.
There's also a small grocery called Nikora Grocery and a health and beauty shop called PSP in the same hotel building in case you need grocery items or beauty supplies.
You will be well taken care of! Will always keep coming back to Citrus when in Tbilisi
Great location in the beautiful city of Tbilisi. Close to the main attractions and Liberty Square.
Great location. Extremely clean. Laundry service was odd. No ironing for washed items unless you added it to your laundry list! Aside that excellent breakfast and five star service. Bar and restaurant very affordable.
Below expectations.. It was our anniversary on 25.11.18 and had made a request at the time of reservation that I need a cake to be arranged on 24.11.18 midnight to give a surprise to my wife. Instead I got a shock when the people told me that it hasn't been arranged and I was being told to download an app to make an order. If at all I would have to do, I would have not asked for the assistance.. Room size were small and funny thing that I asked for an extra bottle water from room service and the lady told me it's chargeable. Which hotel charges you for offering an extra bottle of water unless water is considered to be a minibar stuff.. Overall disappointed with the hotel as looking at the reviews and pictures, I had high hopes but it was a disaster for the price I paid.. A legitimate advice, book Marriott or Radisson at such price, Atleast you are being treated and taken care well.
The hotel itself was very good. However I have to give it a lower score for the following reasons: firstly the WiFi was very difficult to access for iPhones (apparently all other smart phones work without an issue); secondly there was no coffee in the rooms (only tea); and finally the main photo is misleading - we booked thinking there was a restaurant with great views across the city - the restaurant is on the ground floor and presumably the photo is simply one of the rooms on the top floor. It is a shame - as the hotel itself really is very nice. I would recommend going there if you do not use an iPhone and if you take with you a jar of coffee (there is a convenience store just around the corner so no issue).
Great location of the hotel right by the parliament and liberty square and a short walk from the old town. The breakfast buffet was great too. My only complaint is with their wifi. It barely if ever worked in the room and this was across three different devices. I tried caling about this and they said they reset their router but it continued to have problems. Obviously this can be very annoying in a foreign country where I don't have internet otherwise. it worked great in the lobby so I'd often go to the lobby for it. Otherwise the hotel staff are very nice and speak good english. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice.
Bad smell from the vent system in the bathroom
Otherwise good hotel
The bathroom in room 404 has a faint smell of sewage, an offensive odor. I reported the problem to the front desk, but they were unable to change my room. It was quite unpleasant a stay.
It was great enough for regular stay in Tbilisi to enjoy the city not the hotel
The hospitality of the Georgian staff was unbelievable. The location was great- smack in the middle of downtown. We've got some of their citrus jam for home- their food was THAT good.
Tbilisi is always good
