5 yıldızlı hotel olduğu için fiyat yüksek. Ancak, yine de imkanı olanlara tavsiye ederim.
Pros:

Çalışanlardan rezervasyon bölümünden Nur hanım, resepsiyonda Tuğba hanım, SPA masaj bölümünde İnok hanım, müşteri ilişkileri sorumlusu Ekaterina hanım ve ismini sayamadığım diğer personel çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Ayrıca restoran servis ve mutfak personelleri ile animasyon ekibini de unutmamak gerekir. Hotelin konumu ve odaları güzel, yemekleri de 5 yıldızlı hotel yakışacak şekilde lezzetli ve çeşitliydi.

Cons:

Daha önce bu hotelde 2 defa konaklamıştım. Bu son ziyaretimde sauna bölümü kapalıydı. Bu sorunu ilgililere ilettim. Ancak ben ayrılana kadar sorun çözülemedi.

Essen: Wenig Auswahl
Zimmer: Boden schwarz, mussten selber den gesamten Boden reinigen.
Spa: Unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter. Herr mit Glatze.

Positiv: Wir haben ein upgrade für ein grösseres Zimmer bekommen

Sehr schönes Hotel immer wieder gerne 👌
Pros:

Das Personal und das Abendprogramm

Cons:

Die Rezeption die uns ein kleineres Zimmer geben hat nach dem wir ein französisches Bett gefordert hatten.
Aber das wurde auch geklärt und uns wurde für den nächsten Besuch Wiedergutmachung versprochen.

Parkplatz Reservierung war Katastrophe..noch wichtiger sie haben keine richtige Kaffeemaschine Kaffee war auch nicht okey..dafür hat der türkische Kaffee gepasst und der weg zum Strand war zu weit.ansonsten hat alles gepasst sehr sehr gute schmackhafte Küche mit sehr großer Auswahl.....Personal sehr freundlich außer einer Dame an der Rezeption .... Zimmer wurden ordentlich sauber gemacht ... Insgesamt trotzdem alles super kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen...

Zelfs de siroop was niet lekker. Alles was koud
Heel eentonig
Niet schoon, alleen de binnenkomst
Alles kapot of verouderd, vooral in het restaurant
Kamer was ook slecht, erg verouderd
Airco deed het niet goed. Zelfa in de lobby deed de airco het niet goed

Tek eksik yanı animasyon zayıf havuz deniz spor oyalıyor tabi ki ama akşam eğlenceleri daha çok olabilirdi
