It's a scam. Got charged for a crib that didn't have a mattress. No apologies, no responsibility taken, no offer for solution or compensation, and when confronted about the manager admitted that he was aware of the problem but didn't think to inform me.

We hebben het heel gezellig gehad.
Pros:

De ruime kamer was fantastisch! Prima bed, een koelkastje aanwezig, en ook een hele ruime badkamer. Zo in de binnenstad, alles in de buurt was ook geweldig. En het hotel zelf is ook super chique, we voelde ons helemaal fancy!

Cons:

Dat er bij het inchecken niemand was om ons te verwelkomen.
Daarbij was ik in de veronderstelling (door booking.com) dat we om 11.00u mochten uitchecken. Om 09.55u. bonkte er iemand keihard op de deur, we schrokken er echt van. Bij het openen van de kamer deur, stond daar iemand van het hotel en vertelde ons dwingend dat we om 10.00u. moesten uitchecken. Om 11.00u. uitchecken was volgens deze persoon, oude informatie. Wanneer iemand ons had ingecheckt, dan had hij/zij ons op dat moment, op een rustige manier, al kunnen vertellen dat we de volgende dag om 10.00u. het hotel moesten verlaten.
Verder viel ons, de ochtend van vertrek, een hele smerige rook/sigaretten lucht op. En dat terwijl het niet roken kamers waren. Geen idee of dit door gasten of het personeel kwam, maar smerig was het wel!
