Prima lokatie
Pros:

Fijne bedden. Goede lokatie midden in het centrum.

Cons:

We mochten bagage eerder afgeven maar let op, bel dan niet het nummer dat op de deur staat, maar dat op de balie staat. Dit werd goed opgelost.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Unsauber bis dreckig, fragwürdig ob die Betten frisch bezogen wurden.

Incredible location, but the experience was low quality.
Pros:

I enjoyed the balcony and many windows. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub was nice. The location is amazing.

Cons:

Many issues at the hotel room.

The shower drain was clogged. Was not addressed.

Coffee machine, and water boiler were dirty and had water in them.

No furniture to store clothing.

There was food left behind in the mini-fridge and it was unplugged. I requested they remove the food and it was not addressed.

Cons:

No onsite staff, (outside time for check in), so when I arrived earlier there was no explanation for what to do. Rang bell and eventually got an answer and was let in (remotely).
Room had no table; fridge wasn't turned on. Reluctant assistance on both these items when man finally appeared at 3pm (check in time). Very grumpy and unhelpful.
Parking for car was in an open carpark about 800m away.

Goed bed ligging perfect maar de man bij uitcheck had niets met gastvrijheid te maken

Er was geen ontbijt

Cons:

De oudere man bij uitchecken; hij keek ons niet aan . Op zijn scherm zagen we een bingo game waar hij niet van af wilde. Wij wilden een praatje maken maar twee keer zei hij: een fijne zondag nog!

Prima hotel qua locatie verwacht niet teveel

De ligging midden in de stad

Cons:

Eigenlijk geen faciliteiten. Er staat bij Booking.com dat her ontbijt ter plaatse te boeken is. Her hotel biedt helemaal geen ontbijt aan. Het hotel zelf is wat verouderd. Tevens kregen wij een mail dat parkeren maximaal 8.50 kost op P Oude Stad. Dat is dus 15 euro. Ook niet duur natuurlijk, maar toen in er de andere dag bij de receptie om vroeg wist men van niets. Verder is de kamer prima hoor, maar wel heeeel simpel en weinig uitstraling. Een mini koelkast (zonder inhoud) met daarop een losse nespresso en waterkoker wordt al een koffiebar genoemd. Er lag geen thee. Tja, het was prima zo voor een nachtje, zeker qua locatie maar wel erg simpel.

Veel te kleine kamer en badkamer tv deed het niet . de wifi deed het niet de kroonluchter was mooi maar erg stoffig er stond een mini koelkast maar helaas die deed het ook niet naar behoren . wilde een klacht daarover indienen maar helaas was er geen personeel aanwezig kortom nooit meer naar de gulden waagen!

Locatie top, maar bovenstaande voel in combi met de prijs en de 4 sterren erg tegen.

Locatie was top. En geluidsdicht.

Cons:

Wifi deed het niet
Er stonden nog 2 vuile glazen.
Er lag rommel op de vloer.
Afstandsbediening tv deed het niet.
Er lag geen koffie klaar in de kamer en maar 1 theezakje.

Bara hotells läge. Mitt i gågatan!

Cons:

Gammalt hotell i gågatan. Det var ingen som var i receptionen. Det kändes lite läskigt pga jag såg inte en enda människa i hotellet.
På rummet var bara 4 kapslar café

It's a scam. Got charged for a crib that didn't have a mattress. No apologies, no responsibility taken, no offer for solution or compensation, and when confronted about the manager admitted that he was aware of the problem but didn't think to inform me.
