luogo buono, cibo buonissimo, posizione centrale in passeggiata

servizi scarsi ed info non accurate. la piscina solo una senza scivoli nè altro. attenzione che questo albergo ha una direzione completamente sorda alle esigenze della clientela, quindi se avete bisogno di una modifica, non sarà probabilmente accolta.

Pros:

A hotel felszereltsége megfelelő, a szoba szép és tiszta volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Az étterem a szokásos svédasztalos kiszolgálást nyújtja, de minden este más témával, bőséges és változatos volt. Sok program van a hotelen belül, az animátor csapat Lili, Safy és Belen gondoskodik róla, hogy kicsik és nagyok is jól szórakozzanak. A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes volt. Az egész csapat kiváló, köszönöm Giorgianak a sok kedvességet mindent megtett, hogy igazán különlegessé tegye a tartózkodásunkat :) Összességében egy kellemes, pihentető nyaralásunk volt, mindenkinek ajánlani tudom a hotelt. Mindenképpen visszatérünk. :)

Soggiorno con bimba di 1 anno e mezzo
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni presso questo hotel e siamo davvero soddisfatti dell’esperienza!
L’hotel dista a circa 5 min dalla spiaggia più vicina e dalla zona di Corralejo in cui ci sono tanti bar e ristoranti. Accanto all’hotel c’è un grande supermercato e farmacia, che possono essere utili per qualsiasi esigenza.
La nostra spiaggia preferita rimane però quella della zona delle dune, a circa 10’ di taxi dall hotel, davvero grandissima (come quelle americane), immersa nel parco naturale di Corralejo
Ottima pulizia delle camere.
La bimba si è divertita tantissimo in piscina (c’è una piscina per bimbi con due scivoli, la cui acqua è riscaldata) e durante le attività proposte dal mini club. Le animatrici Safy e Liliana si impegnano tantissimo per intrattenere i bimbi durante il giorno con attività molto creative!
Ottimo servizio anche al ristorante.
Musica e animazione mai invadente, perfetto per famiglie e chiunque voglia solo rilassarsi.

Cons:

Si potrebbe migliorare la qualità degli antipasti e dei primi/risotti durante le cene.
Suggerirei inoltre di aumentare di qualche grado la temperatura dell’acqua del piscina per adulti, così da renderla simile a quella della piscina per bimbi.

Relaxing family holiday in great location!
Pros:

We had a great family holiday here for Easter. We booked a suite with whirlpool bath which was large and comfortable if a little plain! Opening on to a large roof terrace with our own sunbeds was great and we all enjoyed the large whirlpool bath ( just allow time to run it).

We went all inclusive and felt we got value from this. Breakfast was plentiful and lunch at the pool bar had various options including pizza, salad, sandwiches, pasta, fish and tapas. We enjoyed bingo or a quiz before a singer each night. All were ok with 2 or 3 acts being exceptional looking forward to seeing the lovely Charlotte on the voice!

The pool was a nice temperature and we never reserved sunbeds but got them daily, there are lovely sofas around the pool too. Its very deep!

In terms of location, perfect for corralejo and all it has to offer. Short walk to the waterpark and beach with shops on the doorstep. Not the prettiest views as on a road but again didn't bother us. Id advise visiting the market and going up the clock tower as well as the waterpark. Also shopping is great.

I wanted to thank the hotel assistant manager, my son got locked in the toilet in the pool bar and she left him a lovely apology in the room. Mostly the staff were friendly and efficient. Hi to my morrocan chef friend who always spoke to me after seeing me in my morroco shirt! It was a lovely touch to give our son chocolate at Easter.
Thank you for a wonderful stay we would have no hesitation returning

Cons:

The wifi was awful even after the upgrade and the bbc channels didn't work on the TV. This didn't bother us particularly.Dinner was hit and miss with some nights much better than others however we ate every night there and never went hungry.

la qualità degli alimenti della colazione che ritengo molto scarsa e i molti insetti neri che soggiornavano ovunque compresa zona colazione.
Estetica e architettura: il bagno cieco e senza aerazione e con porta di vetro e finestra vetrata che da sul letto all'interno della stanza. Se si accende la luce al bagno durante la notte si illumina tutta la stanza abbagliando chi dorme. Non è presente ne bidet ne doccino cosa che se siete italiani non apprezzerete....
