The sheet was dirty with ink when we got into the room we called for someone to come and change the sheet for us and the person who called to room went and got new sheet and asked us if we wanted to do it ourselves.

I booked a hotel With my friends so my friends booked her room for 150 at her room was way bigger than mine and I bought mine for 220. I just don’t really understand why did I pay more than she pays? We book the hotel the same way plus they’re really on the complaint in general was nice experience staff were really nice and the location is really good as well

Wonderful!
Pros:

Great location near the castle and pubs. We stayed in the historic side of the hotel with a view. The room was sumptuous. The bar was cozy and the welcome cocktail was a nice touch.

Cons:

We could not close the blinds in the bathroom. Fortunately, there was little across the road so I don’t believe we were on display.

This is a solid stay location and the staff are really great.
Pros:

Clean and conveniently located. Short walk to many restaurants and Kilkenny Castle. The downstairs restaurant and bar are really great.

Cons:

Parking is off site but close by and easily accessible.

Don’t waste your money
Pros:

First thing was they got the rooms wrong and my kids had to have a room on the floor below. Mind you a teenager and 10 year old.
No central air, no fridge to keep anything cool, beds are hard as a rock, no bell service, no valet. Lady at front desk had a personality like a wet mop. Not close to 4 star.
