Great location, cool hotel and bar, noisy/hot room made sleeping difficult.
Pros:

Location was great! Bar was wonderful! Hotel was clean and spacious.

Cons:

We were next to the elevator so it was VERY noisy and that plus poor soundproofing made the hallway noise bad. Slamming doors too. Bees outside the window didn’t allow us to open windows so it was hot.

Fantastic location! Great stay and great staff!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is awesome. Within walking distance to some great shopping, the beautiful cathedral, the castle, and lots of food options.

The breakfast was great, and the staff was beyond helpful trying to accommodate a serious nut allergy in our group of seven people.

They had live music in the evening, and the restaurant is a nice atmosphere.

Cons:

The only draw back here was having to park our car up the street and carry our luggage to the hotel. There just wasn’t a good spot to pull over and unload at the time, and the hotel does not have parking for its guests on site. However, the location is still worth the inconvenience! And there are two parking areas nearby that were adequate.

Unfortunately, we only had one night in Kilkenny, but I am so glad I booked this hotel. The perfect location, the hotel

The property was so beautiful in the old world style. I appreciated the old historic building and for the price, the excellent location right in the center of town was appreciated.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this property. Convenient parking right across the street, I clean hotel with friendly staff and a lovely bar. It was just great!

Couldn't have been better
Pros:

We stayed with a hen party - a group of 18 of us. From check in to check out everything was fantastic. We also did the brunch on Saturday and we had a ball. The level of service is next level. Andrew never left our glasses empty and the DJ really made it. Would highly recommend

Tolle Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt.

Fine, solid choice for a fabulous city
Pros:

The location for exploring lovely Kilkenny couldn't be beat. Right near the castle, walkable to shops and pubs etc., and with a cozy old-world vibe of its own. We had a fine stay.

Cons:

Just be aware that parking can be tricky in this area, and we were on our own in this regard (as we had been warned).
