Hotel royal is a lovely place to stay. I refer all my friends and family to this establishment. The staff is great. The hotel is very nice; clean, great Customer Service. The decor is amazing. The hotel is in a lively and safe area.

Pros:

The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages of Hotel Royal. It's centrally located, close to the Long Beach Convention Center, and reasonably affordable. The staff also seemed friendly during our stay.

Cons:

Our room was on the top floor, and the hotel has no elevator, which made getting our luggage upstairs inconvenient. The rooms are extremely small, feel claustrophobic, and are noticeably dated and run-down. The room had a tiny window AC unit, and both the room and hallways felt stuffy, as though there was very little ventilation.

The mattress was quite firm, which wasn't particularly comfortable. We weren't provided with a complete set of towels, and the ones we did receive were so thin and worn that I'd compare them more to cleaning rags than actual bath towels.

Overall, while the location and price are appealing, the comfort and quality of the accommodations left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, there was nothing about our stay that lived up to the name "Royal."

The room was absolutely dirty and the towels we were given were ripped off. The shower was also broken. The pillows were absolutely uncomfortable that I woke up with severe pain in my neck. The whole hotel smelled like cat litter. Honestly worst experience for $120 per night. Never again.

Výborná poloha kousek od centra, velmi ochotní recepční, základní vybaveni k dispozici. Lednice, kávovar, mikrovlnka, základní nádobí.

Cons:

Velmi malý pokojík, na přespání jedné noci ale naprosto dostačující. Na delší pobyt nedoporučuji.
Hotel není bezbariérový, nemá výtah. Bylo nutné vytahat do druhého patra dva dvacetikilové kufry. Samozřejmostí bylo ale, že personál byl připraven pomoct.
