My stay was disappointing.
Pros:

its a cute enough place

Cons:

Ok quite a lot. FIrst and foremost the parking was $25 additional and its deceiving on booking.com because it leads you to believe it is included. Yes if you dig deeper it is stated but in the property highlights its absolutely makes you think its included and who digs deep at first when you are booking. Very very troublesome., and they don't do anything when you bring it to their attention. Then on top of all that the heater in the room didn't work.

Es war alles da, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Lage in downtown Long Beach ist schwierig. Trotzdem habe ich mich sicher gefühlt.

Way more room than I expected.
Pros:

We stayed in the loft because we needed two beds. Turns out it's a whole apartment with a full kitchen and lots of bottled water already in the fridge. There's a lovely tub in the bathroom and lots of towels. There is one flight of stairs to the loft directly from your personal street door. It's a quirky hotel, adapted into a 100 year old building. Lovely friendly staff. Free bikes (with refundable deposit) and lots of water in lobby. Would definitely stay there again.
