The Wi-Fi wasn’t great and personally, I felt like the heat took forever to heat up the room I had to sleep in sweats

Did not properly advertise. There would be no staff available during Thanksgiving Day and that if you wanted room service, you'd have to provide it for yourself. Period the bathtub facilities did not work in this room, was made to move to another room a floor up and at the complete opposite end of the hotel and that bathtub did not work either. There was no preinspection of the room by hotel staff period was charged for a day. We did not even stay. We only stayed 1 day. Because the facilities could not properly provide for our needs period and still do not have a refund for our visit
That booking.com would not allow a policy to be put in place for when circumstances will happen like this that we get our money back. Because we did not stay 2 days. Did not stay the full term, so this is basically us paying for services not provided. And we are currently seeking legal consultations, possibly in the pursuit of litigation against booking.com in I Hg for falsely advertising hotel services that were not provided.
