Break fast was overcrowded… buffet table needs to be relocated

The hotel needs a total re camo if it is too keep up the standards of the past . We have stayed there 12 years ago and it was excellent. Standards have fallen!!

We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The staff was very dismissive of us from the moment we checked in. We had lunch on Tuesday and waited for more than 30 minutes to get the attention from the waitress, and we indicated on several occasions we would like to order. She ignored us. No cutlery or serviettes was brought when our food arrived eventually. We had to ask for it.
