Overall had a great and safe stay. Everything was clean and great service by all staff

Friendly staff. Quick check-out. Great location and transportation to the V&A Waterfront.

Cons:

QR code available in room for room service, but no direct number to order. Dialed 9 and go transferred but call never got answered. Went down to restaurant to ask if I can place order to room service and they said it is not handled by their department.

It's a place to go. No regrets.
Pros:

The facility met my expectations. Unfortunately, I had to book there after one of my bookings turn out to be a scam, but the reception was very good. Their plans were very clear more so that I came to a cycling event.

Cons:

Everything on offer was very good. Going there again for my next booking.

I would definately use the hotel agan.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The service was exceptional. Even made an exception to take breakfast to me daughter in the room when she was not feeling good.

Great location to the waterfront
Pros:

Its a very good location to downtown Cape Town. They offer a free shuttle to take you to the V&A Waterfront, that runs once an hour.
We are not use to a double bed for 2, so was a little tight for sleeping.
The staff was friendly. Litha at the bar was amazing. Breakfast buffet was good. The egg station ladies were great and did a great job.
They offer a candy and snack bar in the afternoons in the lobby.

My only few issues were. No balcony, we like to have a balcony while away of vacation. And the pool was freezing cold with not alot of sun exposure during the day.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Shuttle to Waterfront efficient and reliable. Room very clean.
Portia was a great asset to the hotel, lovely smiley and helpfull.
