Un' ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Cape Town

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione e il servizio navetta per arrivare al waterfront. Molto utile!

Cons:

Niente di importante ma una cosa la vorrei evidenziare. Una mattina a colazione, dopo aver dato il numero della camera per accedere alla sala una ragazza del personale mi ha detto che non potevo recarmi in pigiama. Aldilà dell'effetto comico che, in fondo ha fatto ridere anche me, mi sembra una grave pecca da parte del personale scambiare un abbigliamento decoroso con pantaloni in seta per un pigiama. Un azzardo se si considera anche l'internazionalità di questo tipo di hotel. Non nascondo che io mi sia anche sentita offesa.

Great location
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel with well-furnished rooms, complimentary bottled water, and thoughtful sundries. The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. Best of all, the hotel offers a highly convenient shuttle to the V&A Waterfront and mall. Can’t emphasize enough, use the free shuttle. Because of the high local crime rate, we were warned not to walk to the waterfront, despite the short distance. Unfortunately, before we received this advice, a member of our travel group had her necklace snatched while walking to view the sunset at the harbor. Another member experienced an attempted theft when someone reached into their taxi to grab a mobile phone.

However, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast, which felt quite basic for a hotel of this level, and the furniture in the rooms was noticeably dated and in need of an upgrade. The WiFi was also very weak and unreliable, which was frustrating especially when traveling with family. Overall a decent stay thanks to the great team, but the property itself has room for improvement.

A wonderful stay with excellent service, a great location, and thoughtful hospitality. We would happily return.
Pros:

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Cape Town. The complimentary shuttle service was a huge plus and made getting around much easier. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The spa was superb and one of the highlights of our stay. We also appreciated the special eggless birthday cake arranged for my husband, which made our celebration even more memorable.

Cons:

The family room was quite small for our family and felt a little cramped. The breakfast was good, but it would be even better with a wider variety of options.
