Pros:

Hotel was well located. Shuttle was very helpful to and from the waterfront. Very clean. Kids loved the sweets in the foyer in the afternoons.

Cons:

We stayed on the 10th floor. When we get off the lifts, there is always a musty and stale smell. The bathrooms were extremely small. The shower drizzled water and we could not have a good shower after a flight or long day out. Shower cubicle was old and rusty.
Cupboard was old and damaged. Looked rather unkempt.
Serious upgrades are needed.

Das große Doppelzimmer mit Couch war sehr schön. Sehr gute Betten und schönes großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne
Shuttlebus zur Waterfront jede Stunde ein ganz besonderer Service. Für kurzen Stadtaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Schade dass man uns nicht auf den tollen Karnevalsumzug aufmerksam gemacht hat. Reception Hinweis beim Check in oder Flyer im Zimmer!!!!!!Er war in direkter Nähe und ein besonderes Erlebnis. Haben es erst spät bei der Heimfahrt von der Waterfront gesehen und noch wenigstens ein bisschen was gesehen.
