We now know to book at this place again.
Pros:

The bath was great. My kids enjoyed the pool area and the gym. The cappuccino was the only nice thing at breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible , both my children got food poisoning , sausage was terrible , they said it was halal but I don't think it was .. even the juice was bad .. the pool was definitely not 26° , felt more like 13°and the pool being 26° was the main reason for my booking. the mats in the entire building needs a deep clean , my girls suffered with severe sinus right through the night , the front desk did not answer my calls the entire Saturday we were there , I had to keep sending my children to front desk for whatever we needed ... The Sunday when they did answer my call they never sent up what I requested which was toilet paper ..

Great one night stay with family and friends.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious and clean. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Ordered wings from the restaurant and it was not good at all.
