staff was amazing and friendly.and rooms was clean..the stay was awesome. The buffet at night was amazing and the lamb curry was the best..breakfast was also very good

The correspondence from front desk to the restaurant was very poor..
The booking in was ready by 3pm..instead of 2pm..I even correspondent with them for an early booking for 1pm,they could not be ready by 1pm.but we waited till 3pm

Pros:

I loves our stay here, from reception till the lady cleaning till the restaurant every one is amazing.
We came for SA school Atletics to Cape Town and I can not emphasize how this stay contributed to the success of our trip.
My heart is overflowing with thankfulness that we could have stayed at such an amazing place.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Es herrscht eine freundliche nette Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wohl. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel (bis auf Temperatur). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Knaller!

Cons:

In den Gängen und Zimmern ist an warmen Tagen eine unerträgliche Hitze! Im ersten zugewiesenen Zimmer zeigte mein Thermometer 31 Grad an: im Zimmer! Keine Ventilatoren vorhanden!Das zweite war dann lediglich 26 Grad, aber immerhin. Leider trübt die stickige Hitze das sonst tolle Hotel. Ich habe dieses Thema beim Auschecken angesprochen.

Für Hotelliebhaber sicherlich eine gute Alternative
Pros:

Hotel liegt recht gut. Fußläufig diverse Geschäfte erreichbar. Parkplätze genug vorhanden.
Pool sehr gemütlich unter Palmen. Frühstücksangebot extrem gut, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Sehr hilfreiches Personal, egal um welches Problem es geht, da wird immer geholfen :-)
Naja, in Cape Town kann man sich dem Anblick vom Tafelberg nicht entziehen, aber hier sieht man morgens den Table Mountain in seiner vollen Pracht sogar vom Parkplatz aus :-)

Cons:

Ich bzw. wir sind keine Hotelliebhaber, aber für ein "4 Sterne Hotel" empfinde ich die Bar schon ein wenig mickrig....
Zudem sind die Weinpreise für Südafrika recht hoch...grob geschätzt um die 100% teurer als im Rest des Landes, aber das ist wohl in Cape Town so.
