This hotel have wonderful staff specially Egyptian guy in reception
Housekeeper called name Mariam was helpful woman and kind

Never again. Disappointing.
Pros:

Very disappointing. There are many hotels in this area which would be better. Staff were not helpful at all. The paid shuttle service is a complete rip off. Will not stay here again.

Cons:

Shuttle service came an hour late - and I was alone with my baby at the airport waiting outside. Also hotel staff lied about shuttle service cost - it ended up being twice as much. Rooms not great. Many other hotels in area that are better.

Large rooms for Istanbul and very convinent location.
Pros:

The rooms in this hotel were very clean, well maintained and the location is excellent, just a few meters away from Osmanbey metro. We were a bit disappointed with their breakfast as they barely had any options.

اعجبتني الغرفه كبيير ونظيفه ومرا مهتمين ف النظافه
وادخلني الموظف قبل الساعه1 لان رحلتي كانت بدري ولم يدعني انتظر حتى بعد2

Cons:

لم يعجبني الاصانيصير كان متعب ع اللي معاه اغراض وعربيه اطفال لازم تطلع درج وبعدين تطلع اصانصير ضيق جدا .. والافطار كان غير متنوع ابداً

دورة المياه رائحتها جداً نتنه وتم التواصل مع الاستقبال مع الاخ مصطفى دون اي اجابه وتم التواصل مره اخرى مع اخ تركي الجنسية وقال خلاص بكره اغيرها لكم جينا اليوم الثاني قال وش المشكله الي عندكم ب الضبط؟طيب والكلام الي قلته امس؟ المهم قال لنا خلو شفاط الهواء شغال 24 ساعه رغم ان الاناره حقت دورة المياه مزعجة،+الشرشف حق الاسره يتم ترتيبه فقط طول مدة الاقامة 10 ليالي ولم يتم تنظيفة او تغييره!
النقطه الثانيه والاهم يوجد مخرج طوارئ بداخل الغرفه!
واخر الليل تمة محاولة فتح مخرج الطوارئ وتم التواصل مع مصطفى ويطالع فيني بنظرات اشمئزاز ويقول المخرج للموظفين فقط،طيب واذا للموظفين انا اقلك في احد حاول يفتح الباب قام طنشني وسحب علي !
خلاصتاً لم يتم تغيير الغرفة ،ولم يتم اخذ نظافة دورة المياه بعين الاعتبار ،ولم يتم اخذ موقف محاولة فتح باب الطوارئ بعين الاعتبار.
تجربة سيئة للغاية والسبب تعامل الموظف مصطفى والاخ التركي الاخر
