Grosse Räume, Lage gut, Rest leider enttäuschend
Pros:

Räume sind gross für die Verhältnisse in Istanbul. Lage ist zentral und ruhig.
Sauber, Betten gemütlich und gross

Cons:

Das Personal war leider sehr abweisend und wirkte wenig interessiert. Der Aufzug war defekt, sodass wir unser Gepäck selbst nach oben tragen mussten. Eine kleine Hilfestellung wäre hier wünschenswert gewesen – schließlich hatten wir bei der Buchung bewusst ein Hotel mit Aufzug ausgewählt.
Trotz Aufzug muss man trotzdem in die Räume eine Halbtreppe im Flur nutzen. Für Personen mit mobilitatseinschränkungen ist es nicht optimal.

Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend: sehr einfach, wenig abwechslungsreich und jeden Tag dasselbe. Wer sich ein Omelett oder Menemen frisch zubereiten lassen möchte, muss dafür extra bezahlen. Der Kaffee kam aus der Tüte, Orangensaft gab es nicht und die Tische waren nicht eingedeckt.

Besonders unangenehm war, dass das Küchenpersonal während des Frühstücks hinter der Theke sehr laut und aufgeregt private Telefonate führte. Das hat die Frühstücksatmosphäre erheblich gestört. Ein solches Verhalten empfinde ich als unprofessionell und gegenüber den Gästen als unangemessen.

Das größte Problem dieses Hotels war für mich eindeutig das Personal. Mit mehr Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität hätte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein können.
