دورة المياه رائحتها جداً نتنه وتم التواصل مع الاستقبال مع الاخ مصطفى دون اي اجابه وتم التواصل مره اخرى مع اخ تركي الجنسية وقال خلاص بكره اغيرها لكم جينا اليوم الثاني قال وش المشكله الي عندكم ب الضبط؟طيب والكلام الي قلته امس؟ المهم قال لنا خلو شفاط الهواء شغال 24 ساعه رغم ان الاناره حقت دورة المياه مزعجة،+الشرشف حق الاسره يتم ترتيبه فقط طول مدة الاقامة 10 ليالي ولم يتم تنظيفة او تغييره!
النقطه الثانيه والاهم يوجد مخرج طوارئ بداخل الغرفه!
واخر الليل تمة محاولة فتح مخرج الطوارئ وتم التواصل مع مصطفى ويطالع فيني بنظرات اشمئزاز ويقول المخرج للموظفين فقط،طيب واذا للموظفين انا اقلك في احد حاول يفتح الباب قام طنشني وسحب علي !
خلاصتاً لم يتم تغيير الغرفة ،ولم يتم اخذ نظافة دورة المياه بعين الاعتبار ،ولم يتم اخذ موقف محاولة فتح باب الطوارئ بعين الاعتبار.

Best hotel in Istanbul
Pros:

Great location and rooms exceptionally clean. Rooms were cleaned every day and all staff were so polite and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great room with a great view - minor cleaning issues
Pros:

I had booked this very last-minute and I was not disappointed. Chose the room on the very top and the view from the 9th floor was breathtaking. The wifi was fast, the bed was soft and cosy. Check-in / Check-out were smooth and the location is also nice, as the M2 line is just a couple of steps away. Some guests seem like the complained about the breakfast, but it's absolutely ok. You have eggs, cheese, sausage and honey/jam. A/C was strong and I assume you will need it during hot days as the room is practically surrounded by glass.

Cons:

Unfortunalety, nobody seems to take care of the balcony. It was litterally covered with droppings from pigeons and seagulls - including the chairs and table. Probably hard to keep it clean, but still that was a clear downer. Also, the fridge had not been cleaned and there was dirt/stains from the previous guests. Last but not least, the windows on one side were completely dirty. All that being said, I would still choose this hotel/room again because of the good things mentioned.

It’s not the same every day bec they remove items from breakfast according to occupancy

موقعه قريب من مترو عثمان بي وقدامه شارع نشتانتاشي وقريب من الشارع الرئيسي والمحلات والحي جدا مريح وكثير فيه خليجيين وناس راقيه والموظفين في الفندق كانهم عائله مصطفى وعبدالخالق ومريم ونرجس وداود كلهم رائعين وخدومين وينحبو مره شكرا لهم خلونا نحس اننا بين اهلنا وحسينا كاننا في بيتنا

تم نقلنا الى فندق آخر ملاصق لفندق نيومي بسبب عدم وجود غرف متاحة في الفندق بالرغم من الحجز ودفع مبلغ الاقامة كاملا قبل وصولنا للفندق ،، لكن تم استقبالنا في مطعم فندق نيومي للإفطار كامل مدة إقامتنا في الفندق الآخر .

الموقع جدا جنيل جنب المترو وشارع نيشانتاشي وحولك كلها اسواق ومحلات وقريب من الشارع الرئيسي واغلب السياح خليجيين وسكان الحي عوائل راقيه يعني الامان عالي جدا

المكان كل شي فيه حلو بس ماحيناسب كبار السن اللي يحتاجون كرسي متحرك لان فيه 5 درجات بين كل دور والمصعد
