Horrible experience
Cons:

Extremely disappointing stay — we checked out after just two nights
Our stay at The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali was extremely disappointing.
From check-in, the service was bad. Staff seemed more focused on talking amongst themselves than assisting guests. After giving us our keys, we were simply told to find our room. When we asked for help, the staff member only pointed in the general direction and verbally explained how to get there.
We were travelling with our one-year-old, who was already exhausted after the journey, so having to navigate a large property ourselves to find our room was frustrating and not the welcome we expected.
Unfortunately, the room did not improve things. It looked and felt dirty and generally unkempt, and there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. The smell seeped through the sliding door into the bedroom and was so unpleasant that it made it difficult to stay in the room. We raised the issue twice but nothing meaningful was done to resolve it.
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The food was bland and the service frustrating. There appeared to be plenty of staff, but very little genuine assistance. There was also no clear indication of which tables were occupied or available. We were directed to sit at a particular table, only to then be confronted and yelled at by another guest who said it was their table. This was uncomfortable and completely avoidable with better organisation and communication.
Unfortunately this box doesn't allow me to right much more but have left an honest google review as well.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not return to The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali, and in our opinion, this experience did not reflect a 5-star hotel or stay.

Excellent facilities and staff the best!
Pros:

Bed was a liitle too firm for me. The staff were attentive and always happy to help. We used both pools this visit and it was nice to have the choice.

Idealne wakacje na Bali

Hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Piękny obiekt, zadbany, idealny dla tych którzy oczekują wysokiego standardu obsługi.
Dla mnie absolutnym hitem byly pokój z bezpośrednim wyjściem do basenu oraz restauracja Sands położona przy samej plaży. Śniadania i kolacje smakowały wybornie w tak cudownych okolicznościach. Dołączam zdjęcia hotelu, które zrobiliśmy w trakcie wyjazdu.
Gorąco pozdrawiamy Nengah Merti, który zadbał o to abyśmy poczuli sie jak VIP😊

Cons:

Wejście do oceanu mało przyjazne, zalecam obuwie. Sama plaża mała, ale bardzo czysta i zadbana.

Cocktails by the beach watching the sunset….loved that!
Pros:

We like the location which is handy to shops and restaurants and the walkway by the beach takes you to a mall on either side.
The pool area is relaxing and the breakfast is excellent, also worth mentioning is the friendless of the staff, this hotel is doing many things right.

Cons:

This is our second stay this year and on arrival (late) had a less than stellar check-in experience, maybe the male staff member was a trainee but it wasn’t up to the hotel’s usual standard.

Alles war absolut gut. Das Hotel sieht sehr schick aus und zieht deshalb viele Instagramer und Hobby Influencer an. Der Lagunen Pool und das extrem krasse Frühstück/Brunch waren außergewöhnlich. Man kommt sehr gut ins Meer und hat nur ein paar Steine. Viele Strände in Bali sind wesentlich weniger für Baden geeignet, da fast immer Steine, Gezeiten (Ebbe), abgestorbene Korallen etc Probleme machen. Dies ist hier nicht der Fall (Ebbe war erst spät am Tag). Lagunenzimmer mit eigenem Pool war toll.
