Perfect resort

Disappointment

Cons:

Room cleanliness, leaking shower door leaving a pool of water running out of the bathroom and onto the floor in the hallway by the entrance after ever shower. Bathroom sink plug didn't drain had to lift it up manually to drain dirty water out, plug black with slime, sink not cleaned properly. Floors under furnishings very dusty and dirty. On one occasion our water wasn't replenished so I had to go to reception late in the afternoon to request this to be done. On a different day the complimentary bar drinks also wasn't replenished, AGAIN, I had to ask reception for this to be done. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel....a hotel that I have visited 4 times as the Anvaya and 4 times when it was The Santika Beach Hotel from the 1980's .

We really liked the swimming pool, the breakfast, and the location. The staff was polite and available to address any request

Cons:

We were given a room facing a wall, which was not worth the price. After requesting a change, we were given a lovely room facing the pool, and this was highly appreciated

Pros:

The hotel was lovely, comfortable bed, amenities, etc. and the setup was lovely and convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, generous, and kind.

Cons:

The air conditioner was loud and kept us up during the night. The room was also tight; smaller than anticipated. We went for a deluxe room, but on our next visit, we will definitely invest in a premium room.

This holiday was amazing in Bali the hotel staff especially Windu the waiter he was friendly funny and always presented
Pros:

Absolutely stunning the cleanliness was outstanding loved everything about the hotel and the staff were amazing so helpful and pleasant every day with a smile

Really comfortable stay in a good location and look forward to staying again
Pros:

Pools and sunset cocktails along with the room. They had a lounge to chill in with snacks as I arrived before check in. They also had a lounge for people with late flights where you could have showers and chill in a nice air conditioned room.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved, lots on offer but the quality wasn't as good as it looked from the outset.

Very Comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pros:

All the facilities at Anvaya were top line. Our Deluxe room was comfortable and quiet. The morning breakfast buffet was well catered and covered multiple cuisines. Pool and lounge facilities were greata.
