Amazing and will never forget.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing with all the different choices. The suite was beautiful, clean and had an amazing view especially of the sunset. And the cleaning service was super good too. It was like having little fairies coming in and out and sprinkle tidiness through the suite without noticing them. On top of that, included minibar with daily refill and random snacks delivered to the room too. We had welcoming wine and fruit, daily plate with a treat (cakes, chocolate or fruit) sometimes twice a day!

Cons:

Having to go home. I felt really spoiled and treated like a royal, who want to say goodbye to that? I do remember the sound of the air-conditioning, that was a constant noise which got to me sometimes. It was nice to turn it off to sleep deeper but then you got too hot again. My tip is EarPods for sleeping. Because there is just constant sound around you when you leave your room it can become a bit much. But it was mostly music wherever you went within the resort.

Excellent experience!!
Pros:

Nice trees, good swimming pool. Soothing atmosphere, nice ambience, good healthy food with elaborate variety. Close to the beach with good walking trail. Courteous people!

A tranquil and relaxing end to our trip
Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly at every interaction or passing. The hotel was clean and tranquil. The breakfast buffett is extensive and the beachfront is well kept too. Our room had a mini fridge with free chocolate, chips and fizzy drinks replenished each day and the layout was great! We could hop straight out the door into the pool, the bed was huge and comfy (if you like a firm bed) and the bathroom was a neat set up with sliding doors to open or close off the bedroom.

I was even impressed with the maintenance going on - replacing deck boards, painting and water blasting. Not high quality work but it’s Bali and they genuinely care about the property - even the pool guys constantly scooping leaves!

We loved our stay here and wish we had booked longer.

Amazing property. Super clean and nice. Close to the airport which was convenient for our late arrival.

Pros:

Given its location in a crowded area near Kuta beach, the resort provided pretty good privacy and quiteness. The pool area is wide enough to accomodate a great number of guests, as well as nice and clean. Staff was attentive and kind. The best part is that the resort allowed us to use the shower room and kept our luggage until we left for the airport at night. Definitely will come back to this resort.

Cons:

Entrance door creaked loudly
and would not close properly as were other room doors.
The cabinet doors need adjustments and would not close properly.
The gym was ill equipped.
