The hospitality of staff

Cons:

The bed mattress gave my wife and I sore backs.
This was our 3rd stay at Anvaya including our honeymoon but unfortunately the damage to our back will unfortunately prevent us from staying again.
It's sad because we love the Anvaya

A lovely stay at a relaxed resort between the airport and Kuta. Excellent value.
Pros:

Beautiful property by the beach. Lovely pools and restaurants. The adjoining spa was great.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was not ready on arrival and we had to wait 2 hours until 5 pm to check in. Quite annoying…
However we were offered a very late checkout to compensate so we were happy in the end as this suited our travel plans.

One of my more disappointing hotel stays in quite a while
Pros:

Extensive breakfast buffet, and many options for sitting by different pools. Walkable to multiple restaurants outside and to the long beach walk that runs along the shoreline.

Cons:

Our room faced a wall (see the photo)! For the price we paid, that felt unforgivable. Both check-in and check-out took far longer than they should have. In fact, we couldn't find anyone to help us check out, despite having a morning flight to catch. I was also surprised that there wasn't a concierge—or anyone else—who could help when we asked for advice on finding a medical clinic.

Amazing place and food and the service is 5+ star
Pros:

The property is amazing and the food was stunning.

Cons:

Location as the beach isn’t as nice as some of the other beaches but I’m not a big fan of beach swimming anyway

Excellent facilities, friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location. The mini fridge was a nice bonus. Beautiful pool and plenty of sun beds.

Cons:

Shower temperature would go from cold to hot constantly making it hard to use. I also paid a lot of money compared to other hotels in the area
