Excellence in Every Detail
Pros:

This is our second stay at this hotel. This time, we also brought our friends with us, and once again, all of us were very satisfied. The rendang dish at the Kunyit Restaurant is absolutely amazing. The room is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely friendly and always do their best to help. The breakfast buffet is excellent and delicious. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef — an amazing chef with a wonderful team. We will definitely come back.

Tout!! Le petit-déjeuner incroyable et les restaurants délicieux. Le comfort, la gentillesse du personnel, Le service. Nous étions dans la partie deluxe avec accès piscine le mini bar gratuit tout le nécessaire dans la chambre et les petites attention quotidiennes fruits gâteux etc... la propreté de l'hôtel. Les massages au SPA sont au top

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas pu nous baignez car la plage etait pleines de débris suite à une tempête mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel et c'était partout pareil à kuta beach.

طالب سرير كبير بس الواضح ما عندهم ف جابو فراشين ولصقوها في بعض بتعرف عشان الفراشين ماهم متناسقين وتجيك فجوه في النص تحس فيها
