The Amvaya has a tranquil tropical Balinese feel to it. Very relaxing and made extra special by the beautiful staff I encountered. Alex was most engaging and attentive and made me feel very welcome as did all the other staff I had the privilege of dealing with.
Family of four adults, stayed four nights in the two-bedroom Residence. Spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our group. Staff were exceptional — genuinely friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic with a great ocean view.
Heads up: the beach in front of the resort was closed for construction during our visit, so no direct beach access. The pool made up for it, but worth knowing before you book.
Our experience at Anvah was superb. From the room, the pool and restaurants were fantastic. We had meals at the sands and Kyunit. Both the restaurants and the staff were exceptional.

it was great, the staff was helpfull and good coordination. but the equipment provider by the hotel prone to having glitches.
for the food it was alright for a 5 star hotel, and the room is subpar at best.

Very nicely designed hotel. Hotel staffs were professional, friendly and helpful.
The check-in was very late and we did not have a room until after 2 pm. Since we arrived very early and did not sleep all night, it was miserable to wait for the room at the pool.
The property is HUGE , extremely well kept, staff attentiveness is phenomenal in all areas of the hotel . Breakfast had an outstanding range of food very expressive !
These was NOTHING I could fault with the hotel or staff . It’s just not in the right area for me .
Normal I stay up the other end towards Canggu / Seminyak suits me better for restaurants/ shopping
Sands breakfast buffet was outstanding in variety, quality and taste. Fruit was fresh and plentiful and coffee served at the table by the very attentive wait staff was perfect.
Plenty of seating in The Sands with a lovely ambience.
Room was clean and spacious with plenty of toiletries on hand.
Balcony view was stunning. On check-in I think we were upgraded free of charge. Grounds are beautifully maintained.
Pool was lovely and clean and I enjoyed using it. Plenty of lounge seats available and staff were happy to provide pool towels and take them from you when you finished.
Safe location with security on duty at the beach front entrance in the evenings
Construction maintenance was going on out the front on the beach which spoilt the view and photographing the amazing sunset.
This is a good thing though as it was all part of the government's plan to replace the sand, lost due to erosion and they are cleaning up the beach and waterfront which erosion and over-tourism has damaged over the years.
We love the location, the facilities, the warmth of all the staff and the food.

The property is so beautiful and elegantly designed. A total sanctuary, you’d never know how busy the street is outside. Rooms are beautiful, quiet and comfortable.
The only thing is that the beach itself is non existent and inaccessible - but that is not the Anvaya’s fault.
We had a great time at Anvaya Beach Resort. Kunyit themed restaurant was especially a highlight with Dwi Suratmaja being extremely helpful and enjoyable woth his service.

The noisy people next door who were drinking alcohol in the Lagoon Pool room next door
Loved staying at the resort, breakfast was excellent plenty of choices and the location was on the doorstep of some great Indian restaurants and close to the water park.
We booked a smaller room so felt the tight, the soap dispenser was tiny and not a convenient size, asking for an extra towel seemed to create an issue, we stayed in a room with 3 and only 2 towels were provided. Not sure these issues are related to previous issues with theft.
