The staff were very friendly and the room was modern and clean.
Unfortunately, they don't vacuum in between, which bothers me a bit, and breakfast is only served until 9:30 am.

The best hotel in niseko area. Super good location just only one 1.5 km. from Grand Hirafu ski area. And also reasonable price.
Limited food and restaurant around.
The staff were friendly and rooms were nicely made on the service days and the bus service is a great bonus
We were a bit disappointed to find out that a king bed is two single bed put together there for it created a gap in between the two making it uncomfortable. We also mentioned that we paid 2,800 yen per person for breakfast when it was advertised 1,500 on our booking when we approached staff they apologised and said they needed to update the price. We just felt if something was advertised then we should get that price. We understand that there were different prices for different times of the year but that should be updated regularly.
I like that they provide shuttle busses to/from Hirafu Welcome center and gondola entrances.
Friendly and helpful staffs
Lack of parking space at door step, but there are plenty space to park within close proximity to the hotel, just that with ski gears and all sometimes can be slightly inconvenient.
