Pros:

地下鉄荒井駅から徒歩10分位の場所。
コンビニも近くにあります。
地元民がこよなく愛している仙台っ子が近くにあります。

Cons:

駐車場は台数はかなり停めれますが
1台のスペースがかなり狭いです。
飲み歩き旅の私たちにしたら
立地的によろしくなかったかなぁと。

駅近で便利で安く泊まれてよかったです！
Pros:

仙台駅から地下鉄で10分ほどの荒井駅の近くです．駅から徒歩5分くらい．近所にはコンビニもあり便利です．また，1Fのエレベータ前にスイーツが置かれていて自由に持って行って良かったりとサービス良かったです．値段も手ごろで，仙台駅周辺が相場が爆上がりで予算オーバーだったので助かりました．

Cons:

Booking.comで普通に掲載されていますが，ぶっちゃけラブホです😅なので，枕元にゴムが置かれていたりしますし，そういう目的で利用されるカップルも多そうです（フロントで鉢合わせしたり😅）．その点を分かったうえで利用しないと，気まずいかもしれません😅

Pros:

Good, spacious rooms with a large TV, big bed and good service. The bathroom is also very big. Great roomservice. You can order by tablet. If you come by car it has enough parking space. We enjoyed our stay here every time.

安くてお得で交通の便よしです！
Pros:

バルコニーに出れた事と、連泊でも部屋を出ることもなく宿泊できたのが良かったです。ウォーターサーバーもあり、すぐ近くにコンビニ、ガススタもありで快適でした！

Cons:

ジャグジーがなかったのが残念でした。でも快適でした！

リーズナブルで優しいスタッフばかり
Pros:

アクセスがいいですね！
近場に駅ゃ飲食店ゃドン・キホーテゃ薬局ゃコインランドリーもあって便利です☺️

スタッフさん、気さくで何度も出入りしていても
嫌な顔せずにしてくれたことに嬉しかったです
ミネラルウォーターサーバーの専用の水持ってきてくれた若いお兄さんスタッフさんも忙しい中、笑顔で持って来て下さり、有難かったです。

Cons:

トイレの水レバー部分が壊れかけ、何回かレバー前後に動かさないと流れません。
