The rooms were a really good size, well decorated, massive shower, the spa facilities were amazing, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location was great, just a few miles from Warwick, very easy to get an Uber.
The only thing really was it felt and looked like a leisure centre with rooms rather than a hotel. The bar and restaurant also felt like eating in a leisure centre. Just lacked a bit of character is all
You charged me the £50. Took £26 for dinner on top, I was assured by your rude staff who were more interested in gossiping amongst themselves that I would be refunded as I had also been charged late checkout of £30 when we checked out on time at 11 . I since called this establishment who assured me I would get a phone call back and be refunded but neither since has happened. My partner was going to redeem his membership and add me on too but clearly your standards have dropped as your service people. Anyway the matter will be escalated
Poor and lazy customer service and not handing back my money
Currently on a golf society. We do a number of these as a large group but have never received such shocking treatment by the hotel. A deluxe room was booked but as they had overbooked made ridiculous excuses to avoid honouring the booking. The staff at the golf club house are welcoming but I would look elsewhere for value for money and customer service.
