Lovely location, beautiful view from decked area

Cons:

Not regarding the property, but more towards accommodating pre-requested needs and reception - complete failure, also requested help with a few things on a special day, again no assistance - person I presume is a manager, very lovely, best intentions, a member of reception staff needs to know when to make remarks about the manager

Excellent!
Pros:

Fantastic venue, amazing location, beautiful scenery, great facilities. Very happy with the stay! I would love to come back. Fabolous view on the terrace, swimming pool and gym also very good and clean.

Cons:

I would have helped to get another card to enter the room. The family did different things at different times so we had to wait for each other a bit.

Distinctly average
Pros:

We were at Farmfest for a couple of days and the location of the hotel worked well for us.
Reception staff were helpful and friendly.
Spa was clean
Bed was very comfortable and room clean and good size

Cons:

We arrived earlier than check in time. We weren't advised beforehand that there is no luggage store, apart from it staying in an unlocked, unsecured, public area. For a hotel to not offer such a service was disappointing so we had to repack our car and then get it back out on our return late at night.
Bar staff/service at night was questionable. Had to ring the bell a few times the first night to get any service. All young lads that are possibly new to the role, all hide away behind the scenes. Second night a few guys ahead of us questioning how rounds if drinks were being charged differently.
I had a glass of rosé which was served warmer than expected, had to ask for ice.
Just not a professional outfit for a hotel which wasn't charging cheap rates.
The YSB and plug sockets in one side of the bed didn't work.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay and met all our expectations, would not hesitate to stay again.

Very comfortable and all the facilities we required.

A little busy at times with a large number of health club members and children.

Really nice hotel but staff needs to get better.
Pros:

Fitness facility is really amazing. Very big gym and a pretty nice swimming pool.
The room was big enough and nice.
Every day there were 2 bottles of water in my room.
Parking gets quite busy but big enough for everyone.
Golf courts are amazing.

Cons:

Staff was not really kind to me. When arrived they didn't explain anything about fitness facilities, restaurants and where my room was.
I had dinner one night at the restaurant, food was ok, but service worst thing ever. I had to pay before getting the food on my table, never seen anything like this before.
SPA was closed for that week but this was not mentioned during reservation....

Perfect stay for a comfortable business trip.
Pros:

Very well equipped room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was immaculately clean and this standard was maintained throughout my stay.

Cons:

I marked down on the value for money as it was expensive. At this price, I feel breakfast could have been offered
