Found my family with hotel manager’s help :)

The location was great. The staff was wonderful! The breakfasts were tasty. The view from our room was beautiful. The hotel manager, was amazing. I travelled to Serra San Bruno to find and connect with family (my grandparents came from there but I never met my relatives living there). I mentioned names of relatives to the hotel manager and he contacted people in town and asked around to help me find my family. And we did! I met great aunts and many cousins for the first time in my life, and connected to my family roots in ways I never expected. I’m so happy and grateful. It was such a beautiful experience that I’ll remember forever. And now I can stay in touch with family there. The manager went above and beyond to help me find my family and I’m so grateful :)

Cons:

The bed was a lot harder / firmer than we are used to back home, and the shower was quite small (but that seemed to be the norm in Italy).

Soggiorno molto piacevole
Pros:

Tutto perfetto! Soggiorno molto piacevole, struttura in pieno centro, camera confortevole e con affaccio sulla via principale del paese, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione servita in un bar nelle immediate vicinanze. Facilità di parcheggio. Struttura consigliatissima!

Nein, man musste das Hotel verlassen um einen Kaffee und ein Croissants zu bekommen.
Da mein Mann Diabetiker ist, konnte er nur einen Kaffee trinken!

Bardzo miła, serdeczna obsługa - personel pomocny i uśmiechnięty, co od razu tworzy ciepłą atmosferę.

Hotel położony jest w przepięknej miejscowości Serra San Bruno – otoczonej górami i zielenią, z klimatycznymi, wąskimi uliczkami i spokojnym rytmem życia. To idealne miejsce na kilka dni odpoczynku i odkrywanie okolicy, zwłaszcza klasztoru Certosa di Serra San Bruno i uroczych tras spacerowych wokół.

Pokój był przytulny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony – wszystko, czego potrzeba na komfortowy pobyt.

Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka autentycznego włoskiego klimatu w rozsądnej cenie.

Passare un fine settimana a Serra San Bruno è sempre bello !
Pros:

L'albergo è situato in un'ottima posizione, con parcheggi vicini - la nostra stanza era ben arieggiata ed il letto molto comodo - il personale è stato sempre molto cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Siamo capitati nel mezzo di un problema logistico e la colazione non era disponibile nella struttura - onestamente non ho molto gradito dover uscire al bar di fronte e fare colazione con un solo caffè e cornetto.
