Pros:

The only thing nice here is the street walkway. Very clean and nice

Cons:

The room so dirty, cockroach 🪳. Dirty wall and floor. The bathroom is clean and modern

Overall very disappointing stay.
Pros:

Except for the location there was nothing to like about the hotel.

Cons:

Poor rooms. There were insects and critters inside. No window. Bathroom was shabby. Staff could hardly communicate. The card reader wasn't working. I was coming back to Jakarta for three more nights in a couple of days. And cancelled it seeing the poor condition of the hotel.

Pros:

I really loved staying at Twins Hotel Jakarta because it was very comfortable, and all the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help me, including arranging a taxi for me. Right in front of the hotel, there is a TransJakarta bus stop, and within a 300-meter walk I could visit Kota Tua, which is a very beautiful area. I was also able to continue my journey easily via Jakarta Kota Station, which is only about 300 meters from the hotel.
For anyone planning a trip, Twins Hotel is the best choice. If you feel less comfortable for any reason, you can speak with the reception staff, and they will gladly help you, even offering the best room for you with a warm smile. 😊

The location is so good closer from cgk airport and so close from metro station and brt station
In old town jakarta
And the staff is so helpful and all time smile to you started from the security outdoor to the last worker all time support and the reception manager so helpful in the last day i need to extend for 6 hours and she give me 8 hours with kindly smile and easy way and they accepted cash and visa easy to pay

Pros:

A very good budget hotel, walking distance to Jakarta Kota station and the old town and museums. My room was small but clean and quiet with and en-suite and air conditioning. I had no windows to the outside. which was probably why it was quiet. No street noise and no being woken up by the 4am call to prayer. Staff were friendly and helpful.
