Mesut Hotel

This hotel is so good . The meals always delicious and fresh we just loved it. Also beach is so near by this hotel. Location is so good so close the city center . The staff are so helpful and receotion staff are the best speaclly Fatima we'll really miss this hotel and the staff . We definitly coming again . Thank you for everything. ☺️

This hotel is really the best me and my wife giving 5 stars to foods, location , personál specally the reception . And Fatima is so helpful and make people special. We definnitly thinking about come again and recomonding for everyone.

We went all inclusive. The bar closed at stupid times. The staff behind the bar leaving people waiting while they smoked or sat on their phones. Or being told to wait an hour for an alcoholic beverage. Food was the same every single night and what didn’t get eaten the night before was served the day after. Having to eat out most nights it was that bad. Staff were arrogant constantly. Charged £40 for WiFi and then charged for air conditioning. Key cards constantly stopped working only then for us to be charged €5 for new cards. 10 day stay and one night of entertainment which was in the main dining hall for half an hour. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in

This has got to be the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The food is terrible not much choice. The staff are all sad/miserable except for the reception staff who go above and beyond for you. The lift kept constantly breaking down. My husband is disabled and had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs which was a massive strain on his heart. The bar was located on the 1st floor at the pool so not really ideal. The rooms are clean and small with tea/coffee making facilities but the shower was cold for the entire week. You can hire towels for the pool but have to walk down the street to the Spa to get them. There is a bar in the evening but again you have to go out of the hotel and walk a short distance round to get to it. I have stayed in numerous hotels in Turkey 🇹🇷 but this was not a nice experience. Overall the area was beautiful with bars and restaurants close by but this hotel seriously needs a massive upgrade.

Very good hotel for a happy holiday . Food was great and the location of the hotel also the best . Because you can go everywhere from Mesut otel about 5 minutes. The staff so helpful and friendly specially the reception staff are always helpful and smiling we loved this hotel and we definitely will come again. And we recommend to everyone . 😊🥰🙏

Very close too beach.. Very good atmosphere chilled out.. Rooms, are small and cosy for 2/3people ... All the staff go above and beyond to help you have a great holiday thanks for great stay...

The hotel has a perfect location — practically right next to the beach, while also being close to everything, making it easy to walk around and enjoy Alanya.

A huge plus for the entire staff. The reception team was very kind and helpful, and the waiters, bartenders, and cleaning staff were always smiling and friendly. You can truly feel a pleasant holiday atmosphere there.

The food was very tasty and varied — everyone can find something they like. The atmosphere around the pool was also great, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the time both during the day and in the evening.

We definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday in Turkey and would gladly come back again! ☀️🌴

The staff are great, all very helpful and friendly. Nothing is to much and all do their job very well 10/10 for hospitality (in true Turkish style)

Location is fantastic, on beach front and in a main shopping area (I recommend to go to harbour area which is 300 lira taxi ride (10 mins) away or catch the bust which stops outside hotel for 15 lira (prices tend to be higher near hotel area (less competitors)

The food is ok, plenty of different variety is it the best? No. But you get what you pay for and the same can be said for the drinks selection - Beer, vodka, gin and raki only. Cocktails are available at audition cost in the evening 21:00-23:00 they cost 7 euros each but are big glasses, and made correctly

They have a private beach area with sun loungers and cushions/parasol and also a soft drink bar section for you to use on the beach (juices etc) - the beach is 30 seconds over the road from hotel

If you're looking for a budget friendly escape to the Mediterranean this place is fantastic value for money

If you want to indulge more in your all-inclusive package (more drink variety and food) then you might want to look elsewhere

Only suitable for adults no play area and got the smallest bit of pool can not fault hotel the staff are all polite the reception is so helpful and friendly Fatima is very helpful we would recommend but not with children

The staff were so helpful and accommodating . Fatima on reception is excellent and goes above and beyond to make everyone welcome and special

Staff were lovely and very attentive, Rooms were clean other than the floors they were dirty and left black marks on your feet, the only problem was the food it was the same 5 dishes every night and it wasn’t that good I’d definitely recommend going into one of the many restaurants near by as the only thing worth eating was bread and some tiziki

Very good location 1 line, sea near 50 metres, friendly staff help with any questions, food is full pension quality and taste, numbers have all you need to stay comfortable

I liked the position. Close to the see. The staff - OK. The place has potential and can do much better.

We recently stayed at Mesut Hotel as two 20-year-old women and overall had a mixed experience. The food was generally good, though it would have been much easier if it had proper labels, especially for pickier eaters or those with dietary restrictions. Drinks were served in very small glasses, which was a bit frustrating at times.

One standout was the housekeeping team – they were absolutely amazing and kept everything spotless. We also want to mention a particular young man who worked mainly at the pool bar – he was incredibly helpful and kind, a real credit to the hotel.

However, we did have a few uncomfortable experiences with some staff who behaved slightly inappropriately towards us, which left us feeling uneasy at times.

The hotel is in a lovely area with fantastic bars, coffee shops, and shops nearby, and the beach is right across the road – which is a major plus. The pool area was great too, with snacks conveniently located just across from it.

Evening entertainment was enjoyable when it was on – not every night, but we didn’t expect it to be. Overall, while there were highlights, we wouldn’t personally return. That said, it’s likely a great choice for families or older guests looking for a quieter, more relaxed stay.

The rooms were very clean, maids friendly. They always make the effort to sort your room daily. Comfortable beds, only thing is it can be a bit noisy due to being near the main road.

I was apprehensive about the food but it was actually really good, only thing is you’re very limited due to times.
Only get ice cream between 3-4, diluting juice available all the time. However you need to ask for fizzy juice which is very limiting as you get a small glass and need to continuously ask if you want more, which is frustrating.

Cocktails and certain alcohol not included, I’m not a big drinker but you would expect there to be 1 or 2 cocktails considering the price.

Also down by the beach you can only get diluting juice or hot drink, I did buy a cocktail by the beach and the men were very abrupt demanding I ‘PAY’ as if I couldn’t afford it, which was abit insulting however had my cocktail anyway and it was good.

Beach also needs a good cleaning, a lot of rubbish left by guests. :(

There is also constantly loud music by the pool, I don’t mind music but I mean blasting, week later and there’s still ringing in my ears. I did ask the guy to turn it down for a abit, which he did so no issues. Some of music had racial slurs, which wasn’t really appropriate as there was a lot of kids in attendance.

Speaking of kids there’s little entertainment for them apart from the pool. So if you have small children I would keep this in mind before booking.

I will say the staff were very friendly and I actually really enjoyed socialising with them,
Witnessed them take a fair amount of abuse from guests which was sad cause it was evident they do work very hard.

Speaking of had 1 or 2 disputes with Russian guests who think they owned the pool, they were also loud at 1am having full blown conversations in the hall and domestics so not so great.

Also speaking of which, dinner time is a trick because it’s a fight to get food as no one waits for a turn and people get their dinner and desert at the same time. Alot of guests overload their plates with the desserts and fruit and just don’t eat it and leave it to waste.
As you can imagine a lot of the food isn’t replenished, so if you’re not fast your last.

The location of the Mesut is good, you can go into town, there’s a pharmacy nearby and a migros, also several shops and a nice wee bar with music. It’s also out the way apart from the main road which is nice if you like the choice to have some quiet time.

Also you need to pay for the wifi, sauna, room safe, fresh orange juice and more.

Overall the stay actually was quite good, if it wasn’t for the unbelievable heat and the 2 hour travel from the airport I’d definitely be back.

The rooms are in poor condition, not like in the photo, the water in the shower is salty. As for an all-inclusive hotel, clean, drinking water should be given to the room every day, but unfortunately they don't give it and you have to pay for all the good alcohol!!!! This hotel does not deserve ****!!!!!!!!!!
