Hotel muito gostoso, quarto limpo e confortável, atendimento ótimo. É exatamente como nas fotos, inclusive o quarto.

Não foi nos informado que o estacionamento era pago, descobri somente na hora do checkout.

Na nossa estadia, faltava muita agua para higiene nos Banheiros (descargas não tinha agua) e quando choveu alagou o corredor do 2º andar, problemas no telhado. No Mais os funcionários são muito profissionais e o hotel em geral é bom, possui boa estrutura.

A cama é muito confortável, o quarto tem um bom espaço, mas o banheiro é muito apertado. O atendimento tanto da recepção quanto do restaurante é muito bom! O hotel tem um mascote muito fofinho também. No sábado, eles ofereceram um happy hour, enquanto alguns hotéis oferecem um welcome drink, tivemos 1 hora de vinhos, foi ótimo!
Eu mudaria um pouco a qualidade dos destilados oferecidos pelo bar (vodka e gin) para uma qualidade mais alta. Quanto ao banheiro, não acredito que dê para melhorar o espaço, mas vá preparado. A comida é bem gostosa e a piscina aquecida foi uma delícia nos dias frios. Atende bem grupo de amigos, casais e famílias com crianças. Pretendo retornar ao hotel.

Hotel lindo, limpo, organizado e confortável! Café da manhã maravilhoso!
Quando chegamos no quarto verificamos que o quarto estava cheio de mosquitos pela janela aberta. O black out não fecha adequadamente, o que prejudica o sono após o amanhecer.

Um ótimo hotel , bem localizado e com linha vista, bom café da manhã,
A comida do restaurante do hotel já não é boa, eu e meu marido não gostamos dos pratos que pedimos.
A atendente Fernanda é extremamente simpática e atenciosa e fez toda a diferença para nos sentirmos mais acolhidos.
Indo novamente a Guaratuba certamente nos hospedamos nele novo.

Hotel sensacional!!

Hotel sensacional! Nós lemos todas as avaliações prévias mas não esperava que fosse tão bom. Em frente à praia, muito bem cuidado, com muitas atividades dentro do hotel e com uma equipe sensacional, todos com excelente atendimento. Além disso a alimentação é excelente (café da manhã, almoço e jantar) e o hotel fica bem perto do centro principal de Guaratuba. Recomendamos!
