Schade hatten nach den Bildern mehr erwartet

Die Umgebung ist wirklich schön. Wirklich naturnah.

Cons:

Leider was das Bad bei uns nicht sauber. Das Bad ohne Fenster hatte keinen funktionierenden Abzug so das die Luft darin stehen blieb. Die Dusche hatte Haare vom Vorgänger und die Toilette war extrem verunreinigt. Dies haben wir gemeldet und es würde behoben, doch eine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches würde nicht mal erwähnt. Im Hotellokal werden Gambas beim Essen extra in Rechnung gestellt. Daher erwartet man dann auch eine bestimmte Größe von Gambas.Doch auf dem Teller waren nur sehr kleine (aus unserer Sicht) Garnelen. Schade wenn extra 4€ zusätzlich abgerechnet werden und es kommt dann noch nicht mal das erwartete Ergebnis.
Zusätzlich sind bis auf die Damen beim Frühstück alle anderen Angestellten oder Manager sehr unfreundlich.
Der Fernseher ist im Zimmer übrigens so weit weg das eine Brille benötigt wird. Wir können das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe der Glaubersalztherme
Pros:

Die persönliche und zuvorkommende Atmosphäre, das nette Entgegenkommen auf persönliche Wünsche, das leckere Frühstück mit Sekt und abschließend das Menü am Abend. Schöne Unterkunft, vielen Dank für den tollen Service.

Overall, a great stay.
Pros:

We stayed for one night and were very pleased overall. The highlight was definitely the breakfast — it was absolutely excellent, with a great variety of options. Dinner was decent and satisfying, nothing extraordinary, but perfectly fine after a long day eliminating necessity to look around for other place. The location is fantastic. The room itself was clean, cozy, warm, and wonderfully quiet — exactly what you need for a good night's rest. The staff were attentive and friendly, and kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the official check-in time, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

One small note: the mattress is too soft, which some guests may love, but if you prefer firmer support, it might not be for everyone.

Alles eigentlich gut, aber es bleibt ein ungutes Gefühl wegen der fehlenden Quittungsbelege.
Pros:

Frühstück war formidabel und spitzenmäßig, alles vorhanden! Abendessen war außergewöhnlich, auf der Speisekarte schwer zuzuordnen, aber nach Erklärung durch den Gastwirt in Ausführung sehr lecker und perfekt. Alles perfekt und frisch zubereitet. Absolute Empfehlung!

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft wurde die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 4,40 EUR erhoben und in bar kassiert. Trotz Bitte bekam ich darüber keinen Quittungsbeleg. Auch über das Abendessen für zwei Personen in Höhe von rund 82 EUR bekam ich nur den Ausdruck über die Bezahlung per VISA. Am Abreisetag wurde mir erklärt, dass alles mit der Rechnung für das Zimmer per Mail an mich versandt würde. Ich bin gespannt, ob das auch so erfolgen wird. Diese Art der Abwicklung ist zumindest ungewöhnlich.

Das Frühstück nebst der Dame die es betreut hat, war sensationell...!

Cons:

Eine echt trostlose Umgebung wo ca 80% aller Gastronomie geschlossen ist...! 24/7 Regen.
Ein Zimmer ohne Kaffeemaschine & Küchenzeile...
Beim Abendessen gibt es 2 Gerichte zur Auswahl die in etwa so groß sind, daß ein Kind davon satt werden kann.
