Es ist ein sehr angenehmes Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Das Bett war mit 131 cm etwas schmal für 2 Leute. Wahrscheinlich wurde es verwechselt. ! Zimmer war bestellt für ein Paar und 1 Zimmer für eine Einzelperson

Stress, schlimmster Aufenthalt in 4 Jahren Geschäftsreisen

Zimmer war sauber und relativ schön

Cons:

Wo soll ich anfangen.
Ich hatte bei der Reservierung einen Stellplatz angefragt - wurde nicht mitgebucht obwohl einer frei war. Die Hochgarage unfassbar schwer zu finden und man muss erst den Transponder oben im Hotel holen… heißt Auto irgendwo stehen lassen, Check-in, Schlüssel holen, wieder zum Auto, Garage suchen, dann kommt man erst zur Garage und ins Zimmer. Beim Check-out selbes Prozedere, da man ohne Transponder nicht raus kommt.
Im Zimmer angekommen - sehr müffelig, Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen?! Angerufen und zum Glück ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.
Als ich dann nach 45min Chaos endlich im Zimmer angekommen war (1 von 2 Fenstern konnte man öffnen immerhin) war das Zimmer okay. Bett ungemütlich und schief.
Küchenutensilien würde ich persönlich nicht benutzen, waren aber benutzbar.
Wer ohne Auto eine Nacht hier bleiben möchte kann das machen, wer mit Auto anreist lässt es lieber sein.

Gern wieder aber es muss besser gereinigt werden
Pros:

Gut war die Größe und die Möglichkeit sich einen Kaffee zu bereiten.

Cons:

Leider war das ganze Apartement nicht sauber und für den Preis den wir zahlen mussten hätte es nicht so aussehen dürfen.

Im Badezimmer leben Silberfischchen, die Toilette ist total verdreckt überall tanzen Staubmäuse, Service fand nicht statt, TV ging nicht, Heizung ging nicht
Nachts um 4.30 Uhr wurde mann durch Waschmaschinengeräuche heweckt. Zu teuer für so ein Drecksloch

Nesonders die Weckaktion um 4.30 Uhr war besonders ärgerlich ich hatte anstrengende Tage in Köln und brauche den Schlaf

Sleepy design.
Pros:

Kamer was ruim en schoon.

Cons:

De kamer stonk naar uitlasting. Terwijl de wc schoon was. Eerst een half uur laten luchten. Locatie niet duidelijk aangegeven voor het gebouw.

Pros:

Alles war sehr gut, sogar besser als erwartet. Es war warm, gemütlich und sauber. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für das Auto, zu dem man direkt vom Hotel aus Zugang hat, was sehr praktisch ist.
Die Verwaltung war freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Sogar am Abend hat man uns zurückgerufen und gefragt, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist.
Falls jemand Probleme im Zimmer hatte, hat er sich vermutlich nicht an die Rezeption gewandt.
