Absolutely everything was spectacular. The staff, service excellence, warmth and professionalism was amazing. Everyone was super attentive and added beautiful touches for my birthday celebration this week. The food was beautiful and drinks at Stella. I cannot over emphasise what an amazing hotel this is, because each staff member goes over and beyond the call of duty. Hester, Mark, Shaun - just to mention a few were exceptional but every team member, just excellent. The spa treatments at Mangwanani were beautiful. My family truly felt at home and had an amazing time

Everything was amazing. Room comfortable, staff welcoming and friendly. Good food at the restaurant and lovely spa treatment. Pool heated which was perfect for an Autumn swim for the kids

The climate inside the hotel was set on hot!
It was cold outside but a public place should be neutral. It was actually really terribly unpleasant. When I complained the staff at front desk looked surprised and irritated.
The things in my room were not working. Telephone issues, one light out, the air conditioner panel shone a glow at night keeping me awake but the couldn’t fix it.
They do not serve a mimosa….
