Nothing
Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast. Location worked for our family. Overall good experience.
The suite that we upgraded to was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary drink and snacks at the end of each day and liked the staff.
Recepção simpática, acomodação excelente e altamente confortável.
Tive um problema com a geleira no primeiro quarto. Mas foi resolvido prontamente.
All
I had stayed there once before with my teenage daughter and wanted to get back “one day”. The one day arrived and I stayed with my daughter and her two daughters. It was soooo nice. Long may the family tradition continue…(the grandlambs LOVED the free cups of sweets available) 🤦🏻♂️
Free sweets 🤪
Excellent service, warm personnels. Loved every bit of our stay.
Wonderful service, clean, excellent food
A very nice hotel, with higher end design, and lots of amenities. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We did have some maintenance problems, but they were resolved very quickly by the staff. The bad is the wifi is extremely spotty (keeps dropping out), and the breakfast, although extensive is lukewarm, and service is nearly non-existent when busy.
Il materasso, staff bar.
Spa senza anima
Veronica made my day from arrival to exit. Hotel was seamless and we had a good value for money stay. Would have loved a vanity pack in the room, beach water sands and ear buds go in hand. Next visit to he leisure not business.
High-fives all around to The Cullinan. My standard room was consistently clean and spacious, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff were lovely. A special shout-out to Veronica in particular, who treated me like an old friend every morning and was happy to go the extra mile for anything.
I even had a birthday cake left in my room as a pleasant surprise! I normally come down to Cape Town once a year for the Comic-Con convention, and I’ll definitely be staying at The Cullinan again next year.
The facilities and staff. Good location.
Not enough kids food on the menu.
The staff was attentive and tended to every need.
I liked how central and well maintained the Hotel is. Their staff is quite friendly and the beds really comfy. Bathroom was well equiped and the shower fantastic! The Hotel was super full due to soccer and rugby being hosted in the city and a lot of teams staying in the Hitel, but we never heard any noise - so I guess the rooms are quite soundproof. Breakfast and dinnet were very good as well the Hotel Spa. Loved the weekend stay there!
We were 3 adults staying in a double room, but they only provided for two all the time. We had to phone reception about 10 times all together to ask for extra towels, water, coffee, mug and glass. They supplied the extras on the first night, then took everything away the next morning and from there on we had to ask for the same thing over and over and over. This was the only annoying part of our otherwise wonderful weekend.
