Cape Town marathon stay
Pros:

I had a superb stay at the Cullinan for 1 night. I stayed over to miss the morning traffic into town for Cape Town marathon. I can 100 percent recommend this hotel. They really paid attention and made the athletes’ stay so special. All of us received a welcome letter in a goodie bag with energy gel, sports massage gel and bath salts which I thought was a nice touch.

Their service was superb! They organized a grab and go breakfast for the athletes as well as an additional shuttle. I requested a kettle in the room to make my porridge (which was in the room already) but a microwave was also brought to my room without me asking for it.

The beds are very comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. The room was immaculately clean and reception staff friendly and very helpful. They were very understanding about our check out situation as it was unlikely that any of the athletes could be back at the hotel by checkout time.

I applaud your wonderful team and looking forward to my next visit.

Wonderful hotel wonderful staff
Pros:

Location is convenient to many locations in waterfront. The whole atmosphere is cozy and elegant. Room is clean and comfortable. Especially thanks to Junaid and Veronica, it’s extremely nice of them to assist us to solve booking issues. Will defo recommend this if I would travel to cape town next time.

Good hotel near the convention center.
Pros:

The suite that we upgraded to was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary drink and snacks at the end of each day and liked the staff.

Did I mention Free sweets?
Pros:

I had stayed there once before with my teenage daughter and wanted to get back “one day”. The one day arrived and I stayed with my daughter and her two daughters. It was soooo nice. Long may the family tradition continue…(the grandlambs LOVED the free cups of sweets available) 🤦🏻‍♂️

Needs some tweaks to make 5 stars
Pros:

A very nice hotel, with higher end design, and lots of amenities. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We did have some maintenance problems, but they were resolved very quickly by the staff. The bad is the wifi is extremely spotty (keeps dropping out), and the breakfast, although extensive is lukewarm, and service is nearly non-existent when busy.

Seamless Stay
Pros:

Veronica made my day from arrival to exit. Hotel was seamless and we had a good value for money stay. Would have loved a vanity pack in the room, beach water sands and ear buds go in hand. Next visit to he leisure not business.
