Amazing stay🙂
Pros:

Best location, rooms clean and spacious - the food is amazing from breakfast to dinner! I would like to give a special appreciation to a lady named Kayle - I came in down with a hectic flu - I received such an attitude from the front desk lady when I explained to her that I needed an early check in as I was not feeling well - she was rude to me and told me I must go leave my luggage in storage and come back at 14:00! To my luck Kayle overhead the conversation and made a plan to get me checkedin - she even went an extra mile to arrange a flu ginger and lemon drink! I'm really grateful to have met such a caring and wonderful lady. I choose the Cullinan always for my business trips!

Hotel péssimo para crianças

Quarto confortável, cama boa.

O hotel diz aceitar crianças, porém não tem
Nada a oferecer e muito pelo contrário, a presença das crianças parece incomodar os funcionários. Pouquíssimos solidários, e ate mesmo rudes. Café da manhã ok, nada demais. Atendentes na maioria das vezes mal humorados.

Pros:

Staff were lovely at the front desk.

Cons:

I phoned twice for an iron to be bought up to the room.
The AC wasnt working which I did tell the hotel about.
The email correspondence from front desk and GM was not good.
I phoned in to follow up on my email, only then I received a reply.
GM is not there on weekends.
I was offered a free massage at their spa... nevertheless a pricey room and i just expected a bit more from a hotel of that stature.

Fabulous hotel that doesn’t disappoint

Stayed here many times and never disappoints a little pricy but you get what you pay for I guess location staff facilities all spot on
