The views from the elevator was a wonderful experience
Bathroom looked a bit dated.
The breakfast lacked variety, waiters were not efficient with coffee orders.
The location & the view from the bedroom plus all the staff were so friendly & welcoming, giving faultless service.
I should also like to mention the staff of the Mangwanani Spa, especially Emelda for her pre-marathon effective & professional massages.
The shuttle bus to the Waterfront & return was very useful. Shame it didn’t operate until 5:00pm on weekdays. Even once in the morning would have been good. Again, the drivers were very friendly.
The gym & “swimming” pool look larger in the photos due to the mirrors there.
It’s a shame there isn’t an outside sitting area or roof top relaxing space.
I like everything. From arrival till exiting. Will for sure book there again

Great free shuttle service to the Waterfront.
There are cell phone plugs at strategic sitting places. The food is excellent. The room is very spacious, smelled fresh and clean. There were no ladies of de night selling in front of the hotel. This was home away from home. Very safe and secure. No noise around the hotel. Staff is friendly and willing to assist.
The basin did not have a stopper.

The staff at breakfast how they dismissed my kids which I addressed but the person whom I heard on the background never took accountability whereas the lovely lady at the reception did apologise.

For us the location was ideal. We stayed 2 separate nights, one on arrival from the UK and the second for a match at DHL Stadium. Both nights comfortable on a high floor overlooking Table Mountain. Breakfast buffet was good with an excellent cross section for choice. Underground parking is very useful.

Things could be improved with this hotel.
Initially on arrival the foyer is bright and clean with plenty of staff around.to assist.
The checking in process was quite slow but when we got to the rooms they were large but the lighting in the rooms is terrible. There are no main lights which make it dark and dingy.
This needs addressing as once night falls it's hard to see in the room
The tap came off in my hand when running the bath.
The television isnt well placed should you want to watch it in bed.
Our cups weren't replaced so couldnt have a cup of tea in the morning
Buffet breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice.
Evening meals are available also
They could do with more staff on the bar as when busy had quite a long wait.
Overall very good for the short time we stayed but there are things which need addressing and updating
