Location and nothing else
The room was shocking- when I arrived no one helped me with my luggage and reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. I went up to my room on my own to find that there was shit in the toilet, the glasses were filthy, the floor was not vacuumed as there was broken biscuit crumbs all over, the TV did not work, 2 lights did not work, the aircon was not working, the glass divider at the bathtub as a gap between which means when you shower the water floods the bathroom floor, when I was checking out I was asked by Brandon if I enjoyed my stay - when I said not at all he made no effort to ask me any questions even if it was for improvement. On the first night when the maintenance manager arrived at night to look at the tv and aircon even he was shocked that the room had not been properly checked.
The breakfast was exceptional fresh every morning the staff extremely friendly and cheerful. The rooms just as advertised.
My husband and I loved every bit and every part it's absolutely beautiful.

i was served burnt prawns which i had to turn back... continuously had to call housekeeping to ask them for iron and to get my room cleaned.

Corner room was lovely and spacious, situated on the 29th floor with a great view of the city, stadium and harbour. Exceptionally clean and comfortable
