Appreciate the shuttle service to the Waterfront.
Friendly staff

Our aircon in the room didn't work and therefore had difficulty sleeping, unpleasantly hot in the room.

Pros:

Food was fantastic well prepared and staff was very friendly and courteous.

Cons:

We couldn't sleep it was very very hot in the room.We had to open the windows in 2 of the 3 rooms we booked.Felt very bad as host we put in a complaint and was advised that someone would attend to it but never happened.Was looking forward to a great weekend with my family with proper rest and tranquility but was more disappointed as the rooms was so claustrophobic.Would like someone to get back to me I spent quite alot of money on the bookings.

Ótimo custo beneficio
Pros:

Café da manhã com muita variedade. Boa localização. Funcionários simpáticos. No último dia tínhamos que sair de madrugada e eles nos providenciaram um kit de café da manhã.

Cons:

Apenas ao tomar banho o chuveiro acabava respingando água e molhando o piso.
