Look for a better hotel next time
Pros:

Location good and the conference facilities were OK

Cons:

The bathrooms were sub-standard! Old, not maintained, over used and in desperate need of overhaul and complete renovation and re-doing. Compared to the sister hotel Southern Sun Waterfront, far worse and too expensive for what you get

Estadía por Congreso en Cape Town International Convention Centre

Pros:

Awesome hotel, fantastic service. I stayed at all 3 southern suns in capetown and this one was the best in terms of service

Beautiful
Pros:

Compliments to the chefs during my stay, both breakfast and dinner we exceptional.

Cons:

1. You cater for lots of people but wifi is not strong. 80% of my stay i used mine because the hotel wifi was always buffering. Make it stronger.

An overall pleasant stay and will most definitely be returning in future.
Cons:

Not the property per say.
However the service from the waiting staff at the dinner buffet on 29 January 2026 was horrible. They walked past our table sooo many times and none offered drinks or asked if we were assisted. They however were very quick to assist people that came in bigger groups after us. The guy at the door eventually came to take our drinks order.
