The food was delicious, but the real highlight was the unique tea tasting experience with a sensory play element. It was fascinating to discover how the same tea can deliver completely different flavor profiles simply by using glasses with different shapes.
As a tea enthusiast, I truly enjoyed spending my afternoon tea time at The Westin Jakarta. It wasn’t just a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon with beautifully prepared bites, but also a chance to deepen my knowledge about tea, thanks to the warm, informative, and insightful explanation from a staff member named Ari.
A memorable experience that I would highly recommend to fellow tea lovers.

Great experiences on Wayra room 67 floor for company event, thank you for your assistance with Mas Chandra and Mba Destri.
I organized an event here and everything went really smoothly. Big thanks to the staff, especially Mr. Sayid, who took great care of us on the event day, he was really nice! The whole process was easy and seamless. Really appreciate the team!

customer service is very good. Front desk and facilities in room was good.
swimming pool water was mirky/chalky during my stay and not hotel worthy cleanliness. please do some cleaning if necessary.
furthermore, the jacuzzi water pressure in the men's area was not strong enough.
bedrooms mattress could be a bit firmer.
