Leaking water from the toilet, I informed the front desk but no 9ne showed up to fix it. No hot water to shower, let the water run over 10 minutes, but still no hot water. The light's were not working properly. I let the receptionist know this issues while checking out, she only said we will have someone to take a look. No apologies at all.

I understand the country has blackouts, but the hotel doesn't have a backup power generator; not even for the reception; therefore, there is no lights for the Wi-Fi. The hotel obtains the water from the water well by pump; therefore, because there is no power, there is no water for the toilets, showers, etc. The hydromassage pool water was cold.
Great service and facilities. A bit worn but if you can live with that it is excellent value for money. Even ket me use the pool fir kayak practice

Room was so nice. The room was in its own detached house and in a duplex style. Breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly indeed.
This hotel has nice villas and very friendly staff, but the owner(s) need to invest in the facilities. It needs a facelift. For instance, villas' Fassa are getting rotten. Villas need better ventilation to control humidity in the rooms. Bathrooms needs to be upgraded. Sinks and showers' doors are acient, they leak, and smell.

My family and I stayed at the property for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The staff was willing to modify and accommodate my two additional guests last minute. The stag was very informative and helpful through our stay. The pool was clean as well as the property. I would definitely book my stay again.
