Pros:

This hotel is perfect! The place and its surroundings are really gorgeous. The onsen is nice too, which is free of use use. Highly recommended.

A warmly welcoming hotel that made our family’s stopover feel special with great onigiri nearby.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family during our road trip from Nagoya to Hakuba. We didn’t expect such a warm welcome from the staff, and it really made our short stay feel special. Honestly, it was a pity to stay for only one night.

One of our favorite highlights was the food court right in front of the hotel—especially the wide variety of onigiri. We picked up several kinds and enjoyed them as a quick and delicious meal before continuing our drive to Hakuba.

Cons:

We visited in winter, so there was snow everywhere, but I can imagine this area would be just as lovely in spring. We’d be happy to come back again.

Séjour ressourçant
Pros:

Le séjour de 2 nuits dans ce bel hôtel a été revigorant.
Nous avons pu bénéficier de l'espace nautique comprenant une piscine et de de nombreux ateliers aquatiques (jets de massage, jacuzzis intérieur et extérieur...) et un onsen traditionnel.

Cons:

Le restaurant nous a gentiment accueillis sans pour autant nous laisser le choix du repas ni du petit déjeuner.
Il faut réserver le repas du soir la veille, compliqué pour manger le soir même de notre arrivée. Il faudrait le préciser sur le site internet de réservation.
Le petit déjeuner est composé de mets japonais. Cela peut en rebuter plus d'un dès le lever.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, das absolut sauber war. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr weitläufig und stilvoll ausgestattet.
Das japanische Frühstück ist sehr gut.
Besonders hat uns aber der Onsen gefallen. Es gibt ein Innen - und ein sehr hübsches Außenbecken.
Pflegeprodukte gibt es, wie fast überall in Japan, sehr ausreichend und in guter Qualität.

Cons:

Es gibt einen großen Badebereich, der aber nicht wirklich zu Schwimmen geeignet ist/verwendet wird. Es ist eher wie ein Kurbad.

Struttura molto bella, curata e in ottima posizione. La camera aveva tutto il necessario, con comfort adeguati per un soggiorno rilassante. L’hotel è ben attrezzato e trasmette una sensazione di tranquillità e benessere. Ottima esperienza complessiva, anche se breve

Cons:

La piscina avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione: alcuni lettini massaggianti non funzionavano e in generale la zona wellness darebbe beneficio da un leggero revamp/ristrutturazione

Lovely onsen hotel
Pros:

The place was nice and comfortable, absolutely correct. On top of that we had access to the onsen and pool for free as hotel guests we loved it.

Cons:

We liked everything. However, guests should know that if you come by car, you must have the ETC card activated on your car otherwise you will not be able to leave the highway to enter the highway. Alternatively, you can leave the highway a few kilometers before and then enter the hotel via the village streets!.
