Le diner (rapport qualité prix), l'arrivée via l autoroute en suivant Google map (sortie possible uniquement avec l ETC... 1 heure de détour pour revenir à l'hôtel), l emplacement sur l autoroute (rien autour)
Elegant interior, comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Best traditional Japanese dinner of my whole trip. The onsen and the spa was also incredible (especially later in the evening with fewer guests)
A bit far from bigger cities, but easy to combine the stay with a trip to the gassho zukuri villages.

This hotel is perfect! The place and its surroundings are really gorgeous. The onsen is nice too, which is free of use use. Highly recommended.
I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family during our road trip from Nagoya to Hakuba. We didn’t expect such a warm welcome from the staff, and it really made our short stay feel special. Honestly, it was a pity to stay for only one night.
One of our favorite highlights was the food court right in front of the hotel—especially the wide variety of onigiri. We picked up several kinds and enjoyed them as a quick and delicious meal before continuing our drive to Hakuba.
We visited in winter, so there was snow everywhere, but I can imagine this area would be just as lovely in spring. We’d be happy to come back again.
