One of the most memorable hotel stays for my family in Yogyakarta! ❤️
The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt perfect from the moment we checked in. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and we truly felt at home during our stay.
The rooftop area was absolutely amazing with beautiful views of the city. It became one of our favorite spots in the hotel to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of Indonesian and Western food. Everything was fresh and delicious. Honestly, if there were 10 stars available, I would be the first guest to give this hotel 10 stars! 😍
What impressed us the most was the hospitality of all the staff. Every employee was genuinely friendly, warm, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile.
A very special thank you to the receptionist who kindly accompanied my daughter, Queena, to make bracelets and necklaces at the playground area before we checked out. She was so patient, caring, and sweet, making Queena feel very happy and special.
Before leaving, we even took photos together with the staff in the lobby. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed by family. I have stayed at many hotels, but this was the first time I experienced such warm, personal, and heartfelt service. Wow! ❤️
The hotel is also in a very strategic location, making it easy to visit tourist attractions, malls, and restaurants around Yogyakarta.
The only small suggestion would be to have a dedicated kids’ swimming pool, as families with young children would enjoy it even more. However, this did not reduce our overall experience at all.
Thank you Swiss-Belboutique Yogyakarta for making our family holiday so special and memorable. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yogyakarta.

My expetancies are low at the beginning since my wife booked this hotel for our jogja trip. But then then i found out that the room is spacious and superclean, shout out to Mr.Riskan fromt he HK Dept for the great work, also Mr.Effendy whom very informative. The bellman and the securIty guard are also superfriendly,
FO Team are amazing! We had our early check ins and got upgraded ❤️ so lovely! Thank you guys, specially Ms.Ocha is very helpful, Ms.Aulia and Ms.Nisa as well. The Hotel GM Mr.Denny Jatnika surely put some effort on maintaining the service quality of the hotel. Hatur nuhun katampi pisan for the wonderful welcome letter and cake, it's a very thoughtful of you, sehat2 selalu Pak Denny 🙏 The FB Service team also proactive and helpful, shout out to Mr.Hari and the team (the trainee also helpful and friendly). THE PASTRY and bakery are AMAZING!!! Shout out to the Pastry Chef 🙏✨️👍

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very attentive and helpful.
Stafnya luar biasa, cekatan, tanggap dan berusaha betul untuk membantu. Mulai dari satpam, resepsionis sampai housekeeping, bahkan teknisi pun semuanya sangat amat berusaha membantu memastikan masa menginap saya nyaman.
Hotelnya perlu renovasi sepertinya ya.

The room was a good size 👌 bed very comfy staff were all very nice . Good location 👌 food was very good.
Some staff had no English I came across a few who had no idea at all what I was trying to order.. this leads to frustration and the wrong order...the menu is in English..
The restaurant sells no alcohol but u can get some upstairs in the pool bar and eat there and room service they charged me 2 service charges for my room service as I ordered alcohol...I questioned it and was told the restaurant doesn't serve alcohol...it was room service not the restaurant..
I got a massage in the wellness suit.. nice lady but very stale approach . Room was so bright curtains wide open no candles no nice smell no good vibes ..it was not a relaxing massage.. needs to be looked at. I was very disappointed..
Internet is so weak can't download anything.. but thats all hotels in Indonesia.
Got a taxi organised by hotel that took me to the wrong train station..luckily I had enough time to go to the one I needed..
Over all besides the language barrier it's a nice clean well located hotel ..

Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles top sauber. Es war super ruhig im Zimmer, wurde morgens von keiner Moschee geweckt. Das Frühstück war top. Man konnte Abends ein Bier oben in der Bar trinken
Der Kaffee beim Frühstück könnte besser sein, aber das fand ich nicht so tragisch da man an jeder Ecke in der Stadt
