Toller Aufenthalt in sehr schönem Ambiente
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Junior-Suite mit Meerblick, sehr freundliches Personal und ein kleiner, aber feiner Saunabereich.

Cons:

Manche negativen Rezensionen sind mir leider unverständlich. Bei uns hat alles sehr gut funktioniert.

Tolles Hotel direkt am Strand
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in direkter Strandlage mit mehreren Bars vor der Tür. Das Restaurant abends war sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren schön sauber und hatten alles was das Herz begehrt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück fanden wir für den Preis eher unterdurchschnittlich.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, der Strand und die angrenzenden Strandbars vor der Tür. Freundliches Personal im Hotel und im Restaurant.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung nur nach Aufforderung was Ok ist , wenn dann auch gereinigt wird. Es wurden nur die Handtücher gewechselt,sowie Toilette und Waschbecken. Es wurden keine Betten gemacht, nicht gesaugt oder gefegt, keine Tassen und Gläser gewechselt, Kaffekapseln nicht nachgefüllt.
Wir sind beruflich viel in Hotels ,da gehört sowas zum Standard.
Frühstück..Naja...ganz dünner Kaffee jeden Morgen,keine Säfte,keine Hafermilch, Milchkaffee etc. musste extra bezahlt werden Aufbackbrötchen, immer die gleiche Wurst und Käse,Marmelade wurde schon vorher abgefüllt, wenn man Pech hatte war diese schon 2 Tage alt und war nicht mehr streichfähig.
Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, kann für die Vorgaben am wenigsten.

Pros:

Absolut überzahlt. Das Hotel hat höchstens drei Sterne. Rezeption um 14 Uhr nicht besetzt. Dann extrem unfreundlicher Empfang. Sauna eine Katastrophe - total alt, im Keller, gebrauchtes Duschgel. Auf der Terrasse die Abluft des Bistros von gegenüber. Das einizg Gute ist die Aussicht. Macht den Rest aber nicht wett....

Cons:

Der Name des Hotels führt in die Irre..... siehe oben.

Even before my arrival, the hotel was unreachable for three days, both for me and for Booking.com. As I had to postpone my arrival by one day and received no confirmation that my room would still be reserved, I was so concerned that I ultimately decided to travel without my two-year-old daughter.
Unfortunately, the problems continued after my arrival. Arrangements made with the front desk were not followed through, resulting in additional costs. Restaurant service was extremely slow, staff argued in front of guests, and there were also cleanliness issues.
The worst incident occurred during the night when a toilet pipe broke and flooded the bathroom. Due to the unbearable sewage smell, I had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour. What shocked me most was the reaction of the manager, Mike, who showed neither understanding nor offered an apology and simply said: “I didn’t break the toilet.” I was eventually moved to another room, but received no assistance with moving my belongings.
Even my departure involved another service failure: the taxi that had supposedly been arranged by the front desk had never actually been booked, causing me to miss my train. A promised reimbursement never happened.

Super Hotel für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt an der Ostsee.

Wir sind begeistert. Ein tolles kleines Hotel, ruhig gelegen, direkt am Strand 🏖️ 🥰👍
Der Empfang am Sonntag sehr herzlich, die Bedienung im Restaurant, schnell, höflich und zuvorkommend.
Ausblick vom Balkon (Zimmer 5) super!!!

Müsli usw. keine Löffel oder Gabel. Nur Kaffee und Wasser inklusive. Chef war uninteressiert und arrogant. Fragen werden nicht beantwortet.

Pros:

Mit dem Sandstrand und der Promenade direkt an das Hotel angrenzend liegt das Hotel in 1a*-Lage. Es gibt für die Gäste reservierte Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und die Zimmer sind wirklich großzügig bemessen. Dazu gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Restaurant - es fehlt also nichts. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen.
