Tolle Lage!!!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war toll sowie der kostenfreie Parkplatz. Das Hotel selber war eigentlich nett eingerichtet, aber leider war ein unangenehmer Geruch vom Essen her oder ähnlichem im gesamten Hotel wahrzunehmen, was den Aufenthalt nicht angenehm machte, schade!

Cons:

Wie oben beschrieben der unangenehme Geruch und das es leider keine Fliegengitter bei fehlender Klimaanlage gibt.

Quick, we had to find another spot.
Pros:

The staff really went overboard to help us out over our situation! EXPECALLY the waitress on that afternoon, she would have given us anything to see us happy!

Cons:

The fact that BOOKING.COM messed up the entire process by NOT forwarding an e-mail message I sent to the Hotel! It was a request that our traveling Dog with us were allowed according to BOOKING.COM he was, the hotel on the other hand has a NO-PET policy. Needly to say that killed this booking.....

Tolle Lage, gutes Hotel
Pros:

Lage ist unschlagbar! Direkt am Heikendorfer Strand mit wirklich gutem Blick auf die Kieler Förde! Näher kann man den großen Schiffen nicht kommen!
Zimmer hübsch eingerichtet und komfortabel. Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Cons:

Das Reinigen des Zimmers war etwas schwierig, weil man es scheinbar anmelden musste. Frühstück mit 20 Euro schon etwas hochpreisig, vor allem weil es nur Aufbackbrötchen gab und auch sonst nichts wirklich besonders. Generell ist die Gastronomie, die nicht zum Hotel gehört aber im gleichen Haus ist, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vorsicht: beim Parken auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz unbedingt bei der Rezeption melden. Sonst riskiert man völlig überteuerte Parkgebühren, die eine andere Firma per Brief eintreibt. Für 22 Minuten habe ich fast 60 Euro zahlen müssen. Es steht draußen dran aber ich hatte es nicht gelesen. Darum hier die Warnung, es kostet nichts, wenn man sich an der Rezeption anmeldet.

Sleeping with the feet almost in the water
Pros:

Beautiful and spacious room with view of the sea.
Quiet and peaceful. Restaurant with good food and breakfast. We have discovered a wonderful corner of the world and can imagine to be back here for more than a night.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Ein sehr offener und freundlicher Empfang und Service , klasse Mitarbeiter, sehr herzlich, ehrlich und lustig charmant gelaunt. der Ausblick vom Zimmer war genau wie auf den Bildern.

Cons:

Das Frühstück dürfte für unsere Verhältnisse gerne ab 7:00 Uhr beginnen , alternativ einen zweiten Kaffee auf dem Zimmer wäre ideal

Cons:

Versehentlich hatte ich eine Doppelbuchung initiiert und auch doppelt bezahlt. Der Umgang mit dem Stornierungswunsch für das doppelt gebuchte Zimmer war mehr als enttäuschend, Achselzucken und der Hinweis, dass man da nichts tun könne.
Schlechter Service, keine Kulanz etc.
Das ist schon traurig.

Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf die rein- und rausfahrenden Schiffe. Sehr leck'rer Kaffee und Eierspeisen (Rührei, Spiegelei). Sehr nette Bedienung.

Cons:

Das Büffet ist für meine Vorstellungen (bzgl. Preis) ziemlich basis-mäßig: einfachstes Müsli, kein O-Saft.
