Good was exceptional. But the room’s & facilities were average. Overpriced to be honest

Cellphone in my room wasn’t working, had to go downstairs to order my food. No toothpaste, only 1 small shower gel for TWO people? No ways

Amazingly beautiful
Pros:

The hotel is immaculate and the city is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and free spirited

We did not get the value for our money. :(
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The fact that you don't even offer the guests water, we had to use water from the toilet.
It was a windy night, and you could swear that we left the door open because of the noise, the sliding doors need maintainace.

IThere is no fridges on other rooms I don’t like that as hot as Cape Town and I’m sure it’s only Cape Town who don’t have fridges in all room

Shower layout is dated. Water gets onto the floor. The door to the loo kept opening even after using the lock.
