Not what I expected. Staff are I'll mannered and very unprofessional.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. My partner was unable to attend one day as our baby was not well. One guy suggested I dish up and take it to the room when im done. The next assistant said he will organise it to no avail. I then had to call to check up, the lady said they are still preparing it only to find a pack far off from the amount per person.

Cons:

1.Confusion regarding breakfast upon checking in.
2. Room service took over an hour day 1(Friday). When I asked, the gent dismissed me by saying he doesn't know he was on lunch ( bad attitude).
Day 2 (Saturday) Ordered dinner at around 16:45, got a call at 17:20 saying I must collect my food, I asked to bring it up to the room, I was told only after 17:30 do they do room service. I agreed and said then bring it after 17:30 of which it was brought immediately, felt like they tried being funny? Sunday morning went for breakfast and was told my booking is only for a room, holding up guests when I was fully aware I paid R840 when I checked in.
