Pros:

Convenient, large room,

Cons:

There were no staff there when I arrived, it took me half an hour to find someone to let me into the room. They didn't reply to my request for a room facing the back of the hotel. When I left the hotel at 7.30 am the place was deserted, so fortunately I hadn't ordered breakfast

Es war ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer lag ruhig zum Bach.
Der Garten ist schön und man kann dort essen.

Cons:

Man kann die Unterkunft modernisieren und heller gestalten.

Für eine Nacht als zwischen Stop in Ordnung
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Sehr groß und sauber. Die Betten sind super.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein. Diese Ausgabe ist darauf bezogen dass man nicht einmal normal auf die Toilette gehen kann, da diese zu nahe an er wand ist.
Die Unterkunft an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badezimmer Tür war sehr instabil, sehr hell hörig in allen Räumen und es war sehr kalt trotz aufgedrehter Heizung.
Personal spricht sehr schlecht bis gar kein Deutsch.

Kein warmes Wasser, kein Frühstück und keine frühzeitige Info dass es kein Frühstück gibt da Personal im Urlaub und Hotel eigentlich geschlossen ist

Für unsere Zwecke sehr gute Unterkunft und freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreiber.
Pros:

Frühstück war in Ordnung und wurde auch auf Wunsch zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt serviert. Wurden auch spät Abends noch mit Getränken und Snacks versorgt.

Cons:

Très déçu car la chambre réservée ne correspondait pas à la réservation: je me suis retrouvé côté route alors que j'avai réservé du coté montagne §!! le petit déjeuner pas au top , le café ressemblait à du jus de chaussettes !!!
Le service au diner ainsi que la qualité des plats laisse à désiré: délai d'attente très long, des serveurs inexpérimentés qui ne maitrisaient pas le sujet , le dessert des plats surgelés . Bref vous l'aurez compris non recommandable.....

We booked this hotel as we were travelling back to the UK from Bovec. We didn't arrive to the hotel until 21:30 and when checking in we asked if there was anywhere we could get food and was informed everywhere was closed and the kitchen was closed but then they offered to cook us a quick and easy meal that was extremely nice and filling. They did this for all 5 of us even though they didn't have to. The customer service was outstanding considering it was all last minute.

This was a over night hotel so we didn't see what else the hotel had to offer but from what customers service we received we are extremely happy with the service

Nur Aussicht.

Cons:

Personal sehr Laut….am Abend immer Party und viel Alkohol getrunken ganze Personal und könnten wir nicht schlafen! Sehr kalt im Zimmer!

Very nice hotel in the middle of a cute town. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Pros:

The location and the view from the room was great. Room was very spacious

Cons:

Since the room was quite big it takes a while to heat up and the weather was freezing when we were there. The towel heater on the toilet wasn’t working and obviously didn’t help
