A zona da piscina era bastante agradável , o quarto era amplo e espaçoso. Os funcionários foram sempre muito prestáveis e o pequeno almoço era bastante bom.
Para hotel de 4 estrelas deixou um pouco a desejar a nível de isolamento acústico. Ouvia-se bastante o barulho dos hóspedes nos corredores e nos quartos. Havia muitos aranhões pequenos vermelhos no exterior, que apesar de pedir para limpar, voltaram a aparecer pois, existe uma grande praga tanto na zona da varanda como na zona da piscina. O estado de uma das paredes da casa de banho encontrava-se um pouco degradado. Ausência de cofre, mini bar, máquina de café e pacotes de chá e café solúvel, algo habitualmente presente neste tipo de estabelecimento.

A simpatia dos funcionários, limpeza excelente, conforto dos quartos com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia. A decoração natalícia estava magnífica. Pequeno almoço fantástico e muito completo. Recomendo a quem queira passar uns dias de descanso no centro do país.
Hotel moderno, elegante com muito boas instalaçõese bem localizado no centro de Ferreira do Zêzere. Colaboradores muito simpáticos e eficientes. Quarto moderno, limpo, confortável, com boa área, com cama e almofadas muito confortáveis e ar condicionado muito silencioso, excelente climatização, atendendo a que no exterior estava muito frio. Pequeno almoço muito completo e diversificado e com excelente apresentação.
