Very clean and comfortable. Perfect staff.

You’re on your own for parking if you bring a car, but there are underground public parking garages nearby.

Located very close to a primary romantic dinner locations on the street, with live music in the evenings, but still quiet inside, from the concrete construction.

I would return to the same location.

The staff was friendly but when my friends had trouble with their AC (it did not work .. and it was 35 degrees C outside!) the hoyel staff did nothing. They had to spend two nights in a hot room

The hotel is more like a 3 star establishment. From the first day we arrived our A/C didn’t work. We reported the issue and got the run around. The staff were completely unhelpful; claiming that the unit was in perfect working condition. The staff did nothing to correct the situation. We spent two HORRIBLE nights there. With so many better options in Porto for the same price I would never stay there again.

Truest an amazing experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of wonderful restaurants and entertainment, but is quiet and peaceful inside the staff was incredible and gave us wonderful recommendations while in Porto. The interior of the building was equally wonderful. The architecture and design particularly.

This property is highly overrated and not luxurious at all, even though the name suggests so. They offer complementary tea bags in the room. When I asked them for milk and sugar to drink with the tea, their staff asked me to pay 2 euros for milk. Their management does not know that half the world drinks tea with milk and sugar, even though they are in hospitality business. We paid 300+ Euros for a room that was so small that you can hardly stand in it. The bed frame is oversized and takes 90% of the space in the room. Never again would I choose a place like this to stay in Porto!

The property is amazing in its design of the room and common areas,, which espouses amazing old walls with modern materials. Unique! One of the three most beautiful hotels I have ever visited, but the service does not meet the same standard as the design. Part of the shower did not work for 2 days, they are stingy with toilet paper (you should bring your own!), the apartment was 55 steps up the stairs, etc. etc etc.

The location was perfect. Very central. The reception was perfect. The room was lovely. Loved the feel of this hotel

The room smelled like mold and we had to cancel our 3-night stay after the first night and booked another hotel.

Excellent property - perfect location at heart of city, yet quiet within, very attentive and friendly staff and a nice buffet breakfast! Highly recommended!

Beautiful design, not always what you need. The room is quite small and dark, so applying make up or shaving, nearly impossible. No tissues and hangers only for coats/blouses. My husband had a birthday and although we don’t except any extras, this was the very first hotel that not mentioned it at all, yet saying how much the personal touch is important to them. First day we had to leave early for a tour, we were told by day employee that it was not possible to arrange something earlier then 8 when breakfast officially starts. The evening shift made it possible. Where is the problem? On the other hand, perfect, quiet location and breakfast .

I loved our amazing apartment in the best part of Porto. Whoever designed and built these units is a genius and artist.

Having a kitchenette was the best. The living room was my favorite spot to hang out. Restaurants and shops a stones throw away.

There is a continuous concert going on in the plaza in front of the hotel, yet inside, it's absolutely silent. Staff is always at hand.

Where do I start with this incredible little hotel. Might be my all time favorite or all the vacations I have had. The beds were luxurious. The location was second to none. It was literally in the middle of everything.
The staff was so accommodating. The breakfast was perfect with everything you could want. It was very quiet. We switched rooms because we got into a car accident and had to stay an extra night and both room were fabulous!
The staff suggestions on neighborhoods to see and shops to visit were also perfect. 5 stars about the decor, aesthetics, accommodations, cleanliness, staff, food, location. We will tell everyone we know to stay at the Armazen!

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at this hotel! The pool was refreshing, Sunshine Gallery offered breathtaking natural sights, and the amenities were amazing. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating getaway!

We had a lovely stay here in a room overlooking a lively street with musicians and singers. When we closed the door on our balcony our room became quiet. We read it was one of the prettiest streets in Porto and we would agree. We liked the clever architecture and we had plenty of room, with a lounge off the bedroom. The breakfasts were delicious and served on white linen runners with pretty dried flowers on the plates. The marble cake was delicious.
The staff were charming and extremely helpful. We would certainly encourage anyone to experience staying with them.
