We enjoyed our stay and the food was perfect
All good thank you
Convenient location, beautiful building
Dangerous turning right onto the main road from the annex Rock House. Cars travel fast on a blind corner
Location amazing, local shops and restaurants, lovely walks and views.
The hotel room is very dated, the bathroom very small, view from the window blocked by one very dirty window. The whole hotel needs a complete revamp, the bar area again is very dated, the barman keeps disappearing, guests waiting to be served, £24 for 2 sandwiches that tasted dreadful.
Everything was perfect, all staff members were extremely helpful and very friendly
Nothing , everything was perfect

Lovely old world hotel with a charming feel. Nice proximity to Grange promenade and decent food/restaurant.
Thermal journey was a little pricey for what you got (just steam, sauna, hot tub for £25 each).
Gorgeous old hotel
Fabulous food & surroundings
Brilliant location & views
Bedrooms could do with a refurb but I realise the old fashioned furniture etc. adds to the charm.
5 ladies in 3 rooms,..2 out of 3 we could smell some damp.
We went to the spa, which we loved, but struggled in the very small changing room.
Loved the oak panelling and the grounds.
Hotel has lovely gardens and is well located just 300m from Grange over Sands station and promenade.
I booked this room through Booking .com and a standard double bedroom was 20m2 or 215ft2. We were given a room in the attic 12m2 or 130ft2 with a cupboard sized en-suite. Room smelled musty. The hotel is old and is very dark even on a bright day. Furniture has seen better days. Dining room was hectic. Some guests waiting up to an hour after ordering for foo to be served, some ordering a desert and abandoning restaurant as it did not come.
The hotel was clean and well cared for, inside and outside. It looks much better in person than in the pictures. The check in team, spa team, housekeeping staff and grounds keeping staff all do a fantastic job. Smiles from every member of staff and the reception are too kind. Rooms are very clean and quiet with a modern TV.
Requested a birthday surprise for my guest, the reception team and housekeeping staff signed a birthday card - it was not a generic card but had a lot of actual thought behind it. After thanking the staff, we were provided with complimentary white wine.
I cannot thank the staff enough, the hotel is probably the best I have stayed in. Will be looking forward to my return to this charming place.
Slightly small restaurant and can fill up fast, but this is a very minor problem.
Beautiful property in a great location. Our room looked out on the bay. Location great for walking into Grange over Sands.
Nothing g
I've been a couple time before and it is always a treat to come here. Spa is lovely. Though it is a little on the expensive side, I find that it is worth it. The customer service, the location make this stay absolutely worth it. The surroundings and location are stunning; you can see right across the bay... The staff are superb, very polite and professional, the breakfast we had was fantastic too and the gentleman assisting us at breakfast was very kind and saw to our needs (gluten free bread and alternative milks).
My partner said the gym is a little on the small side but it had the essentials one could want for a quick work out.
Excellent, stylish hotel, comfortable rooms, fabulous food, and if I asked for anything it was swiftly and efficiently provided.
I stayed for 2 separate nights and on the 2nd occasion there was no bedside table. This was supplied when I asked for one, but it is a pity that there wasn't already one in the room. I think most people would need one beside their bed.
