Comfortable, spacious, walkable to town center
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable, great kitchen and bathroom. Nice barbecue and hot tub. Convenient location walking distance to town center. Had a wonderful time biking to vineyards...no car traffic, knowledgeable and fun people at the wineries.
Only downfall about #26 was no WiFi, but free WiFi available in town WAI-free internet.

Pros:

The house is set up for everything, whether you are on your honeymoon like us or whether you are with friends and family. Everything is easy to use and the house is within walking distance to the main square and some great wineries. Diane is very friendly and had great recommendations for restaurants. The hot tub and double spa bath are fantastic and it was a nice surprise to have Sky TV, including Sky movies. We had such a great time. We would very much recommend staying at one of the De Vine properties.
