Friendly helpful staff great location for town centre comfortable clean rooms great food and plenty of choice on menu really good breakfast before checking out
These are just 2 minor points for feedback
Initially room felt cold at bedtime but it was a very cold windy day for May and soon warm once into bed later in evening with very comfy bed and good quality quilt and throw
Room 1 the mirror was positioned too high to see when sitting down at the dressing table to do hair and makeup
Clean, nice room, great breakfast and a decent price. What's not too like!
Clean and tidy
Very noisy outside wagon at 4.30 and constant noise
Hade singelrummet som var Mycket prisvärt. Allt var rent fräscht, Skön säng. Trevlig personal.
The shower was good.
A bit expensive for my budget, the walls are fine and couldn’t get to sleep until the other guests around me settled down. Could have done with an early night as had a long drive the next day.
Convenient location
There was no chair in the room
Lovely hotel/restaurant which was in the perfect location for myself & mate visiting a local friend for the weekend.
Staff, room facilities were all excellent & especially the comfortable bed.
Unfortunately being surprisingly woken up by cleaners at 09:30am knocking on the door (1hour before) the allocated checkout time of 10:30am was certainly not appreciated.
Ive never known this to happen at any other hotel ive stayed at & especially a full 1 hour before the actual checkout.
Staff was great. Location was great. Bathroom (e.g., shower) was nice.
Based on the photos online, we expected a nicer room than we had.
Good location . Nice room . Very quiet with restaurant on site
No onsite parking but easy to park at bus station
Breakfast and staff were brilliant. Would stay again.
Room was very clean. A little small. But perfect for a 1 night stay.
Location was good. The bathroom was comfortable
The room was tiny which I knew. It's ok for one night. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillow was very uncomfortable.
The food was budget quality, both the dinner and the breakfast.
It was a convenient stop on the way south from Scotland.
The bed was too big for the room. The emergency lighting was so bright it was difficult to sleep.
No elevator. Can get challenging with luggage.
Good location and a nice breakfast.
Noise all night from works outside on the road gullies. The shower was broken, it needed to be hand held while you used it which wasn’t ideal.
They were very accommodating. Due to feeling ill they helped me check in early which was greatly appreciated. Very cooperative with bike storage and coordinating getting bike out of storage in the morning. Made me feel very welcome and as a solo female traveler this was greatly appreciated
Single room was small
It was convenient for what I needed
The room was very small and smelt heavily of stale cigarette smoke! I found this totally unacceptable and felt like it was a room used for staff, if for any reason they had to stop over! The stale cigarette smoke has embedded in my clothes, which is totally unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase a single room. If I hadn’t of arrived so late I would if complained and asked to be moved. But now I wonder that’s why the staff member taking me to the room gave me the door card outside of the room and didn’t enter! Unfortunately it was a very unpleasant evening and experience.
