Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Currently, we accept only Vaccinated guests into our property.

Terlalu banyak lipas berkeliaran dalam bilik tidur dan bilik mandi. Bahagian dalam almari makeup berhabuk seperti sudah setahun tidak dilap. Bawah katil tidak disapu dan dibersihkan.

Please make sure the room are clean and in a good condition.

Check in petang dan check out petang tarikh yang sama kerana, bilik yang tidak bersih, banyak anak lipas bawah katil, sarang anak lipas di frame pintu masuk bilik. Pintu tandas juga pecah, dan tidak boleh tutup. Walaupun budget hotel, tapi kebersihan sepatutnya dijaga. Tidak boleh refund dengan alasan bayar online, tetapi jika keadaan bilik yang tidak bersih, tidak dipertimbangkan.
