"The cleanliness was very poor. The room was extremely dusty, and the bathroom was dirty. There were also many mosquitoes. The water heater in the first room was not working, so we asked to change to another room. A very disappointing experience.The hotel was listed as 'New Century,' but when we arrived, we realized the sign said 'Era Hotel.' After driving around in circles looking for it, we finally called them, and they told us they are actually the same hotel.

3 asked for non somking room..but looks like there is no non smoking room..all room can smoke.

I came to check in around 12am. I waited about 30 minutes. made a call and pressed the provided bell. no staff came to serve me.. I only heard the sound of the washing machine that night

When making a reservation, booking.com offers a queen bed and a single bed, but when checking in, the hotel gives three single beds. I complained to the hotel and they exchanged the correct room. picture of the hotel in the booking. com is not the same as the actual hotel image.
