THREE STARS HOTEL BUT NO STAR FOR FRIENDLINESS AND HOSPITALITY OF STAFF

The location was near to my meeting

Cons:

the staff was unfriendly. the moment i came to check in, the staff wearing tudung did not address my salutation properly. she told me that the lift was under maintainence and when i told her that i was bringing my elderly parents and requested to change to a lower floor, she mockingly said that it is only 2 floors up. take the stairs and pause and go up another level. i find it very rude to answer me in such manner. i think the hotel needs to train the staff to be more friendly, hospitality, manners and know how to handle customers. very bad staff u have,

Hopeless hotel service
Cons:

SHITTY APP AND SERVICE. BOOK AT THE APP WHEN WE ARRIVED TOLD US THEY DIDNT RECIEVE ANY BOOKING SLOTS. AND DONT BOTHER TO DO ANYTHING AND LET US JUST STAY THERE WAITING AND WALK AWAY. DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO HELP.
