The location was near to my meeting
the staff was unfriendly. the moment i came to check in, the staff wearing tudung did not address my salutation properly. she told me that the lift was under maintainence and when i told her that i was bringing my elderly parents and requested to change to a lower floor, she mockingly said that it is only 2 floors up. take the stairs and pause and go up another level. i find it very rude to answer me in such manner. i think the hotel needs to train the staff to be more friendly, hospitality, manners and know how to handle customers. very bad staff u have,
