Bad
Pros:

It was very late and we had an early morning so we paid on top of our pre-paid booking (see below) to stay here and the place was decently clean. A run down space, but clean sheets and towels.

Cons:

This is a scam. Pre-paid through booking.com and when we arrived the staff said they no longer work with booking.com and no reservation was made. I believe the money is going into a former employee's account. I recieved my money back from booking.com. we ended up paying cash on arrival to stay because it was very late and we had an early morning so we were desperate for sleep. The room was Ice cold after an hour of entering once the a/c was activated in the room. However, there was no remote, on and off switch, or a way to unplug the A/C to change the temperature. It was a terrible sleep.

Cons:

We paid on booking.com. When we arrived, the staff asked us to pay. They said they don't work with booking.com. They did not speak English. We used google translate. In the end, we paid them cash so we had a room to sleep.
