Like the mini zoo concept and water park!!!

Overall not well maintain.

I was looking for a clean, reasonably-priced and comfortable place for my family so I was glad I picked HS Farmstay for my June vacation this time. Though meals were not provided during this staycation, the Admin Manager, Mr Lee and his wife, Ah Lin exceeded our expectations by volunteering to drive us out to town to have our meals and do shopping on 2 afternoons and 2 nights. They even gave us breakfast and dinner treats on 2 occasions. They also went of their way to buy us durians. Though we missed eating the durians by a few minutes on our journey back to Singapore, we will never forget their hospitality and generosity.

I book 3 days 2 nights but left immediately after looking at the condition of the place and what was available there. I rather forgo the money than stay at this place. This place is seriously in need of help!

This might be nice in the past but it is dire need of upgrade. There is a lack of manpower and apparently just a guy running the whole show when we arrived.

Waterpark is the saving grace but even that is very dated and there are still water in in the indoor pools which seems like breeding ground for MOZZIES! THERE WERE A LOT OF THEM, even in my room. Room was in a bad shape. The aircon was not cold enough and there were at least 30 dead mozzies. At least they tried to do some pest control but they really should clean the dead mozzies away first.

The animals are mostly in bad shape and look lack of any interest in life. Except for the birds (including the rooster) who were constantly chatting.

Overall a bad experience especially for the price they are charging for a night. Rather spend my money elsewhere.

The room was very bad, toilet is dirty, room smelly, floor also dirty, it look like room is not cleaning for long time. Bed cover and comforter also yellowish and dirty.

This place is great for kids to have fun at the waterpark, visiting the mini zoo, a lot instagrammable places and the garden in front of our room is beautiful.

The room is so-so, but despite that, it is a great value to go. Oh, if there is kids, RM18 is chargable per kids (adults included in the hotel charges)

It Nice place for family coz many part of water play ground..seen kid like it.

Room is okay standard room.. But the bidet is broken..

Some of thr facilities are not in well function.
Mini Zoo side need to improve cleaniness esspecialty for kid visit, not too suitable.
The swimming pool side is amaze and with indoor.
Cafe/restuarant/food stall of the premise
Not open, this is abit dissapointed as the premise is bit away from city, not easy to get food or snacks.
No wifi connection.

Does not inform earlier in the apps that need to add another RM50 during CNY upon check in. And also the pipe in toilet room have no water come out.

have to improve the aircond in room no 3..

Dont have non smoking room.

Parking is outside of the Farm stay. Feels as if not safe. Animals are not the real attraction, The water park is the real attraction. Family had good time at the water park. Fish spa not to be missed. Mini Zoo is not well maintained. Rooms are too close to the water park, so it is too noisy during the day time with musics. So resting during the day time is a big NO. The day we check out, monkey foot and hand prints with mud all over our cars. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

i like the pool and mini zoo. however, for queen room, the room is quite small
