Un ascenseur en panne et c’était désagréable d’attendre longtemps et de porter la valise
Location was ok.
The staff was rude. We arrived tired at around 5 pm and there were two ladies at the reception desk. One was apparently the manager. We waited for our turn for about 15 minutes because some customers were having some trouble checking in. When it was finally our turn the lady in front of us told us she was closing despite that there were many customers waiting in line. The manager was busy and when we told her that the other lady should have not left until someone else arrived she said in a rude tone that she rather make us wait than have her employee extend her duty. This means that she prefers that we, paying customers, should suffer longer than her employee a few more minutes. She could find work in a public office where there is no competition. Finally, after several more minutes, help arrived and we were checked in in two minutes. Another thing is that we never got housekeeping to clean our room and we were given torn towels. Definitely this very expensive mediocre hotel is not worth it.

La atención del personal En la recepción llegamos cansados y había dos personas atendiendo. Cuando llegó mi turno una chica que parecía la gerente estaba enredada con varios huéspedes que no sé que problema tenían y embotellaban la recepción y la otra chica justo cuando me tocaba decide cerrar e irse a pesar de los clientes que estábamos esperando. Cuando le reclamé a la gerente que la chica debió descongestionar la recepción antes de irse me dijo que prefería incomodarnos a los clientes que pagamos que a un empleado. Supongo que esa gerente no tiene ni idea de lo que es un cliente ni quien realmente le paga su salario. Me tocó esperar otros 20 minutos a que llegase otra chica a ayudar y la gente esperando en cola.

One staff member come across rude.
Another started speaking to someone who came in after 2 of us had been waiting.
Only one lift working staff and guests all trying to use the same one.
Empty wine bottle and glasses left outside near our door was there from when we checked in till next day.
Bed not comfy at all.
For the price I would expect sachets of hot chocolate or biscuits or something. Not worth the money and would never stay again.

Supposedly free parking which actually cost us $60 AUD. Wrote to GM on arriving never got an answer. Asked as we left did we enjoy our stay I raised the issue couldn’t have cared less . Hence the low score.
