Lovely central hotel, shame about the noisy room.
Pros:

Very comfortable and well equipped room. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom.

Cons:

Had to complain firstly about the noise from the fridge in the room, which had to be unplugged and then the noise from the ventilation system at 1 o’clock in the morning as we couldn’t sleep.

Will return to this hotel on my next visit to Edinburgh
Pros:

The welcome was so friendly , the staff really helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the location was great ,lovely restaurants in the area. The tram from the airport stops outside the hotel , no need for taxis.

Very enjoyable would stay again
Pros:

Very central, tram stop directly infront, massive shopping centre 2 minutes away.

Cons:

The only thing I could say was the room was a little too hot when we originally got into it and the thermostat wasn’t working.
