Restful stay- thank you!
Pros:

Great location for shopping and close to tram and Playhouse theatre - friendly staff. Great check-in by Rhianna who was a great local area guide and also got our room ready very early- thank you! We liked the inclusive minibar feature too- we weren’t greedy either! 😃

I don’t think I get the value for the price paid
Pros:

My room was ok. The shower was clogged up and it had to be unclogged. The staff had fixed this issue fairly quickly. My big concern was the elevator. It has quit working periodically.

Underwhelming and over priced
Pros:

Location was great …. Beautiful looking building.

Cons:

Clunky check in , asked for id gave a card …. Not the one I intended to settle the bill with. Money taken for room over night …. Not advised so I could change the card. The tv welcome message had another guests name in it…breach of data. The tv did not work properly and kept switching on and off . Bed was not that comfortable
